Fabulous and spacious, 1300-square-foot 2nd floor condominium overlooking 16th tee at Bobcat Golf Course at the Plantation Golf and Country Club, Saint Andrews area, in a quiet upscale neighborhood with a community pool and barbecue area conveniently located minutes to beaches, restaurants, shopping, and I-75. Membership to this golf course is not included, however there are many semi private/public golf courses within a 20-minute drive.

This two-bedroom and two full bath condominium is fully furnished with mostly new furniture, laundry room complete with washer and dryer. All linens included.

The master bedroom suite has a queen-size bed, two dressers, night stands,TV, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and full bathroom with double vanity sinks.
