Comfy Couch - Treasure Island, Panama City Beach Condominium The beautiful Treasure Island Resort Condominium in Panama City Beach, Florida has one of the larger two bedroom floor plans (1370 sq ft) on the beach! Our 14th floor unit can comfortably sleep six adults and two children. The living room has an L-shaped comfortable couch, and a beautiful 42-inch Plasma HD TV (LG brand) with Comcast digital cable and DVR (TiVo), and high speed wireless internet connectivity. Both bedrooms have LCD TVs with DVD players, wonderful ultra plush mattresses, and luxurious designer comforters. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and access to the large balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with views of the bay. There is a built-in bunk off the dining area and a full size pull-out sofa in the living room. The condo has a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, a ten-foot granite counter area with stool seating, and a family room that opens up to a huge gulf-front balcony. The balcony has a glider on one end and a table and chairs on the other. The unit also has a washer and dryer in a separate utility area. Please note that neither smoking nor pets are permitted at any time. Renters must be over 25 years of age. Treasure Island is a family-friendly resort located in the exclusive Thomas Drive section of Panama City Beach and within easy walking distance of Saint Andrews Park. The complex has four high-speed elevators with 12 units on each floor and covered parking with covered walkovers to the condominium building. The other amenities you will enjoy include a large heated pool, kiddie pool, gazebo, sun deck, game room and a work-out facility overlooking the gulf!
