The beautiful Treasure Island Resort Condominium in Panama City Beach, Florida has one of the larger two bedroom floor plans (1370 sq ft) on the beach! Our 14th floor unit can comfortably sleep six adults and two children.
The living room has an L-shaped comfortable couch, and a beautiful 42-inch plasma HD TV (LG brand) and DVR (TiVo), and high speed wireless internet connectivity. Both bedrooms have LCD TVs with DVD players, wonderful ultra plush mattresses, and luxurious designer comforters. The 2nd bedroom was recently upgraded to a 26" LCD HD TV.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and access to the large balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with views of the bay. There is a built-in bunk off the dining area and a full size pull-out sofa in the living room.
The condo has a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, a ten-foot granite counter area with stool seating, and a family room that opens up to a huge gulf-front balcony. The balcony has a glider on one end and a table and chairs on the other. The unit also has a washer and dryer in a separate utility area.
Please note that neither smoking nor pets are permitted at any time. Renters must be over 25 years of age.
Treasure Island is a family-friendly resort located in the exclusive Thomas Drive section of Panama City Beach and within easy walking distance of Saint Andrews Park. The complex has four high-speed elevators with 12 units on each floor and covered parking with covered walkovers to the condominium building. The other amenities you will enjoy include a large heated pool, kiddie pool, gazebo, sun deck, game room and a work-out facility overlooking the gulf!

We've really enjoyed living in this condo the past two months. It has all the comforts of home, and then some! It is decorated beautifully, and is in a nice, quiet area of the beach. You won't find a nicer condo.

Just stayed at this condo from June 4-11. This condo is amazing. We had an awesome time. My 3 year old loved the bunk beds in the wall. The condo is decorated beautifully. I also had great communication with owners who were very helpful with my many questions. We plan on going back in 2 years and will definitely stay here again. I miss it already.

FABULOUS! This place has it all, PLUS! From the spacious rooms to walk-in closets to great decor to the great location to the comfy beds, to top of the line appliances to the wonderful owners...I could go on and on about how fabulous this place is, but I will let you see for yourself. There were 7 of us ladies who stayed here for a weekend get-away! We had lots of room for all of us, our luggage and to sleep! This is a place I would come back to year after year!

Our family has been coming to PCB for the last 3 years and staying in this condo. We will stay no where else when we are in PCB. The condo is great, it is always very clean, well stocked with cookware, utensils, towels. We went to the East coast this summer because of the dreaded oil and we missed "our condo" lol. We will not make that mistake again. The owners are wonderful and very nice. We would (and do) recommend this condo to all of our friends and family. We will keep coming back as long as it is available.

My family and I have stayed in this unit four times and will continue to stay here as long as it is available! We enjoy being on the 'quiet, less busy' end of the beach but still close to grocery stores and restaurants . The unit has always been clean, well maintained, and the beds are very comfortable! My husband loves having a DVR so he can stay caught up on his TV while we are out of town and the wireless internet is very nice to have for our phones and laptop.

We have stayed in this condominium for several years. The owners are extremely friendly and cooperative. We love staying in this condo. It is nice and feels like home. WOW!!! What a beautiful unit. Very comfy beds. The guys loved watching the race on the big TV with the Bose sound system. Perfectly decorated and clean. Nice linens. The curtains are an A+.
