We offer a fully furnished log cabin nestled in the trees of the Chugach Forest on a quiet private drive/road in Girdwood,located 35 miles south of Anchorage. Girdwood is home to the largest ski resort in Alaska - Alyeska Resort. The cabin is located 2 miles from the lifts and if you don't want to drive public transportation is now available.
We can accommodate up to 6 guests in the cabin. We welcome you with fresh baked bread and the cabin has coffee/tea/and cocoa to enjoy at your convenience and our kitchen is fully equipped to cook all of your meals if you like.

Thanks for making us feel so welcome! your cabin is very cozy & comfortable. WE slept so well with teh gentle rain & for once the sun didn't wake us up! Thans for having the heat on to take the chillout - that was so inviting when we got here last night. We would love to stay longer but at the same time, after 2 wks in AK we're anxious to get back home to our small hills.

Dear Lynne', We absolutely LOVED our stay here in your cabin. It was so nice to stay in a place other than a typical hotel room. We went kayaking in Whittier, went to Portage Glacier , and had dinner at Seven Glaciers restaurant and the Double Muskey. Thank you for your hospitality - wish we could have stayed longer! Girdwood is such a lovely town.

Thoroughly enjoyed your cabin & it's flowers. Steps up front are a nice proportion - easy to climb with luggage. Enjoyed the spectacular view on our climb up Bird Ridge - 140 pictures!
