OUR VILLA (aka 5105 Hampton Place). Our unique over-sized end unit floor plan provides beautiful DIRECT ocean views from every room, including the kitchen and living areas and wrap-around rocking chair porch. Completely renovated: A+ condition (yes really)! Beautiful new furnishings in the Tommy Bahama-style, fresh paint, wallpaper, carpeting, right down to the travertine tile floors! This oceanfront villa has it all!
Luxuriously crafted, the villa features modern complete kitchen with granite counter tops, breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances and all the culinary equipment you need to prepare a great meal, dining area which seats 6-8 at a fabulous wooden farmhouse table.

We have been in love with HH since we first came here in 1977. It has been SO much fun bringing the family here, both when our kids were little, and now their kids too! We feel quite passionate about keeping our condo in first class condition; we have visited many other places that weren't. It will NOT happen at ours. You won't be disappointed.
Why the Owner Chose Hampton Place
We have owned other Hilton Head condos thru the years, but we fell in love with Hampton and now it is the only place we would stay. We are so impressed with the Homeowners Association... everything outside is beautifully maintained... just as we do with our Villa inside... a wonderful, upscale resort.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our 2BR villa is a unique over-sized floor plan, larger than most other 2 BR Hamptons. Both bedrooms are huge, the living room is huge, the rocking chair covered porch is huge, the views are huge. I think the major benefit you get with us, is our attention to detail. Even the door hinges are new! (See, I told you we pay attention to details!)
