Located in the heart of Acapulco's Condesa Beach area, this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath penthouse has everything you'll need for a great Acapulco vacation! The condo is within easy walking distance (a short, 2 1/2-block stroll) to Acapulco's famous beaches, shopping, and restaurants along Costera Miguel Aleman.
This is one of two top-floor penthouses in a 10 unit building that has some of the most stunning views of Acapulco Bay. Come enjoy romantic sunset beach walks, excellent swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding and some of the best restaurants in Mexico. The condo also has a sparkling pool for a refreshing swim after a hard day of shopping, or fun at the beach!
Inside the spacious penthouse (approx. 1,200 sq. ft.), you can relax enjoying the fantastic views of Acapulco bay, and the lights of this beautiful resort city. This super-clean condo includes 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 beautiful marble bathrooms, a large living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and a large balcony. Two bedrooms have king beds, and the third bedroom has twin beds that can easily be configured into a third king-size bed.
The unit is fully air conditioned and has ceiling fans throughout. Berta, our friendly housekeeper and local property manager, provides all of our guests with top-notch daily housekeeping services for an additional fee of $75 per stay (or $75 per week for longer stays). Also, talk with her directly about other optional services such as cooking, laundering, etc.!

10% discount for our return guests!
Daily maid service - $40/stay; $30 per week for stays of longer than 1 week.

The previous reviews must have been either by friends or relatives, or perhaps they stayed at a different place. This place is unfit for anyone to live in. Filthy, old, and a horrible smell when we entered the place. I sat on the couch and got back up with a big dirt stain on my jacket. The owner refused to give back our money, even though we could only bear one night in this dump. We were supposed to stay there for a week. It is also in a really run down part of Acapulco, not a safe area at all. The entire building is in really poor condition, very old. The pool was a joke, it hadn't been cleaned or used in months, maybe years. Totally unusuable. There is no elevator in the old nasty building and we had to drag our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. He has a washer and dryer in one of the bedrooms, just sitting there like they were dressers or something. The bathrooms are deplorable, I hated and I mean HATED using them. Avoid this place at all costs, or else you will lose your money like we did.

3rd time here in 3 years and everything was just as perfect as before (no more ants in the kitchen, either.) The owners have a great manager (Berta) in Aca, ready to take care of all your needs. Clean, quiet (especially considering its proximity to the main street along the coast) and everything within walking distance. Just a quick cab ride over to the cliff diving area or to Julio's for incredibly fresh seafood. Nice owners!

Online description by owner is very accurate. Very clean condo nestled amongst other well-maintained villas. Only negatives I can report would be some noise from the beachfront bars (which you won't hear if you sleep with the AC on), a few ants in the kitchen (hmm -- like my own home!) and decor could be updated. Well-equipped kitchen. 3 blocks to beach. Amazing bay views. We stayed here May '09 & May '10. Same nice housekeeper both times. Neighborhood feels family-friendly, gay-friendly, everyone welcome. We highly recommend this comfy condo.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

This condo has to be the best deal in Acapulco! It is truly gorgeous, with large bedrooms, comfortable beds, air conditioning, and a spectacular view of the bay from the living room and balcony, just as advertised. I will definitely return.
