The Villages is best known for it's on-site free nightly entertainment and dancing in The Villages two Town Squares of Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing (1/1/2 miles), seven nights a week. Beautiful, fully-furnished, Colony Villa with enhanced Florida Landscaping. Two-bedroom, two-bath, with 1200 square feet of living space, screened lanai, and a one-and-one-half car garage. It is situated in the Village of Ashland. It's location is within walking distance to the Ashland heated pool. Villa is also near Arnold Palmer championship golf course, country club, tennis courts, many executive courses and upscale restaurants as well as casual fun restaurants. The very close-by Southern Trace shopping center on Rt. 466 has everything you will ever need. Sit back on the lanai and enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast. Play nine or 18 holes of golf and have lunch at at the many nearby restaurants bars and grills. Relax in one of the 30 pools and then head down to the town square for live music/dancing and happy hour every night. Dine in one of the eight country club restaurants (fine dining or casual) or one of the great restaurants on Town Square. After dinner take in a movie. Seasonal rates vary due to the weather temperatures in Florida, but do not let weather be a factor in visiting THE VILLAGES.
