This Gated Comunity has 24 hour manned security check point/entry, the Upscale Golf Country Club has a Championship Golf Course and breath-taking views of morning sunrises. The lake has jumping fish, wildlife and native birds all for your listening and viewing pleasure, all within feet of your fully screened Lanai on the 2nd floor, and we provide the reference books and binoculars to enhance the experience. Of course the binoculars come in really handy to get a birds-eye view of the golfers at the second tee-off and checking out just how good their shot was. Your lanai/breakfast views of the morning sunrise from the east gives you the warmth in the cool of the morning & saves you from the hot sun in the heat of the evening.
