The luxury, 2 storey villa is located in a gated upscale resort on a private 80 acre peninsula just half a mile from George Town, Great Exuma. It is an ideal getaway to escape from the stresses of modern living in the fabulous Bahamas. The resort has recently been recognized as one of "The Top Five Hottest Properties in the Caribbean" by The Wall Street Journal.
The villa is beautifully landscaped with lush, tropical plants & flowers & has breathtaking views of the beach, the turquoise waters of Elizabeth Harbour & nearby Cays. Being one of just a few villas on the resort which is actually beachfront it is possible to walk out of the villa directly onto the beach to swim, snorkel (there are some coral outcrops with lots of fish nearby), fish (including bonefishing), kayak, sail or boat (it is also possible to bring your boat right up to the beach).
Guests can also benefit from all the facilities of the resort which are all just a short walk from the villa. These include the well maintained Laycold cushion-surfaced tennis courts (floodlit for night playing - racquets are available for hire), fitness centre (equipped with treadmills, static bikes, weights etc) & the new Bamboo bar & grill bistro overlooking the marina and docking facilities. The Bistro bar & grill gives guests the opportunity to meet with other guests and residents & to enjoy the superb island cuisine prepared by Chef Rohema Forbes (specialities include lobster bisque, rack of lamb, tuna steak, curried lobster and fresh catch of the day) .
The villa is large, fully equipped and furnished to the highest standards and is suitable for individuals, couples, families or groups of up to 5 + baby. Guests can relax and enjoy the panoramic views from inside the villa or from the large wrap-round balcony or verandah (these have chairs, loungers & small tables with a table & chairs for 4 people to eat on the verandah). The main living area is spacious and has marble flooring & a tray ceiling which accentuates the space. It has everything that you need with a well equipped kitchen, telephones, ceiling fans, washer, dryer, air conditioning throughout, satellite TV and high speed wireless internet access (this allows you to sit on the verandah or beach outside to work or e-mail!). The beautiful turquoise ocean water, of which Exuma is fabled, is just feet from the door, along with infinity edged beautiful freshwater shared pool which is well equipped with padded loungers, tables & chairs.
The villa has two en suite bedrooms both with queen size beds that will accommodate 4 adults comfortably, but a fold away bed is also available by arrangement.
You can do as little or as much as you want at Seacroft Villa, Great Exuma, Bahamas. The island is very safe and has no shopping malls, pollution or stress! It does have everything else necessary to relax and unwind, or for those with more active interests, play golf, windsurf, snorkel, fish, dive or explore the many surrounding Cays and virgin beaches. Boats can be hired at nearby George Town.
Guests can access the exclusive Greg Norman-designed Golf Club at Emerald Bay. Just 20 minutes north of our community, the championship 18-hole course boasts dramatic fairways winding through seaside dunes and six signature holes overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
Our local managers can arrange by request any additional needs that you may have including babysitting, groceries to be purchased & stocked for your arrival, cook, extra housekeeping, & arranging deep sea fishing trips and fishing excursions.
This beautiful villa is in the most perfect of locations and is one of only a very small number available for vacation rental. Exuma is an 'all year round' destination with temperatures in the high 70's & 80's for most of the year.

from my first conversation with the owners i could tell my family was in good hands staying at this beautiful villa in February Point. The lush, well maintained grounds of the developement are evident from the entry gates. Perfect location from everything we were interested in. Close to Georgetown for supplies and boat rentals (which we did for 3 of the 6 days we were there...highly recommended!!) The villa itself was clean, well maintained and any questions we had were quickly answered by the very helpful care takers, doug and wendy. I would definately recommend this to family and friends and will be returning myself in the near future.The views from this villa are just spectacular of elizabeth harbor and stocking island. We really enjoyed the boating and Chat-n-chill on stocking island is a must! Also snorkled the underwater caves around crab key and hit starfish beach near stocking island and counted over 50 big beautiful starfish...just amazing! We also enjoyed a guided "glass bottom" kayak trip by starfish watersports through moriah harbor...awesome!! I could go on and on about this incredible island, this beautiful luxury waterfront villa and the warm and friendly people of exuma...but you'll just have to see for yourself....you wont be disappointed

Although we severely procrastinated in making our reservation to February Point, Denise and Phil accomodated us and made it seem easy. We took our one year old granddaughter, daughter, and her husband on a mini vacation. It was most excellent. The unit was beautiful and as described. Wendy Rowe was our local contact and furnished all we needed. We spent our days on the crystal clear water in a rental boat from Minn's boats ( highly recommended ) or snorkeling in front of the unit seeing several lobsters and a sea turtle. Since ASA flies to Georgetown twice weekly from Atlanta, I have recommended this unit to several friends because it is so convenient. We would definitely like to go back for a longer visit in the future.

We found the villa just as described with beautiful views, easy access to the pool and a nice little strip of beach. Denise is great to rent from and to answer all your questions about the island. Should the time come for us to go back to Exuma I would not hesitate to rent this villa again.

Our trip to Exuma was great. Seacroft in February Point was the perfect jumping off point for many fun filled days in the sun on the beach and in the water. Being right on a little beach, we were able to wake up have breakfast on the patio and spend the morning on the beach or at the pool just one house over. Afternoons offered plenty of time to explore the many empty beaches to the north and south. Most days we were the only ones on the beach. The owners were very helpful in planning out what to do for our first trip to Exuma - 11 days. The house was nice and stocked with beach equipment, plenty of towels and just about whatever we needed. The views from the 2nd floor master bedroom balcony were incredible...what a way to start each day and end it with cocktails. The only detractors were 1) the reception on the satellite tv was very inconsistent (which was a pain to watch college football bowl games) and 2) the family room furniture could have been a little more comfortable and 3) there isn't much to do on Exuma if you looking for the excitement of some of the more popular islands in the Bahamas and Caribbean (which we weren't). But considering we spent most of the time outside, this wasn't a pain at all. All in all, with 2 bedrooms, it was the perfect size house and the right location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful time at SeaCroft. It is a lovely home, very nicely appointed, and completely comfortable. February Point is a very nice community of fine homes, and this Villa is very well located in the center, with a beautiful beach and fabulous views -- a great way to wake up overlooking the turquoise waters of Elizabeth Harbor. The owners are very helpful, accommodating, and easy to work with when making arrangements. Local property manager is very professional and helpful. Get a boat at Minns, and enjoy a great getaway in Great Exuma!

Everything that Denise has to say about her home is accurate and all that you need has been thought of and is waiting for you to enjoy once you arrive. The home is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff at February point are friendly and helpful. Godfrey (at the front gate) will quickly become your best friend. Denise was quick to reply to all of my questions and from the very beginning I knew that I made the correct choice for our Exuma vacation. Denise also has local caretakers that are available if you have any questions and called to check in to make sure everything was perfect. I have already recommended SeaCroft to several friends and we are already planning our next trip.

Great Time! Rented a boat and hang out at the Chat &Chill. Ate at Peace & Plenty a lot. Jerry took us on a tour of the islands for snorkelling. The house has an awesome view! We sailed on the Hoby Cat a lot andused the sea Kayaks.Went to little Exuma and ate at Santanas. Great views and food. Must go to Tropic of Cancer beach! It was beautiful. We were here for Junkanoo. What an experience! Thanks!
