Perfect location - right on the beach and only 1 house away from the pool. Very spacious unit which had everything we needed for our week stay. Plenty of beach towels and the washer/dryer ws handy to wash towels and sheets (we swtiched bedrooms half-way with the other couple). The master bedroom is unbelievably huge. Had drinking water and 3 sets of dishes and 2 sets of silverware, so this helped with not having to run dishwasher or do dishes so much. Two very small improvements: Need casserole dishes with tops and the level of cleanliness in the condo was not to our standards. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. Loved Exuma - very friendly people and gorgeous water. Caretaker Wendy was veyr helpful and recommend having her buy groceries ahead of time, as we did. Catch a Fire restaurant just outside of Georgetown - beautiful setting and delicious food, but lots of no-see-ums (I have over 50 bites) - the only time during our entire stay in which we got bit. No other bugs at all. Bamboo Bistro on site has great food, too, even if it's a little pricey. Being able to walk to town eliminated need for a car (although we rented one for a day to explore Exuma and Little Exuma - recommend seeing pretty beaches and eating lunch at Santana's). We just loved Exuma and may come back some day.

A "Most excellent" Vacation

Although we severely procrastinated in making our reservation to February Point, Denise and Phil accomodated us and made it seem easy. We took our one year old granddaughter, daughter, and her husband on a mini vacation. It was most excellent. The unit was beautiful and as described. Wendy Rowe was our local contact and furnished all we needed. We spent our days on the crystal clear water in a rental boat from Minn's boats ( highly recommended ) or snorkeling in front of the unit seeing several lobsters and a sea turtle. Since ASA flies to Georgetown twice weekly from Atlanta, I have recommended this unit to several friends because it is so convenient. We would definitely like to go back for a longer visit in the future.

We found the villa just as described with beautiful views, easy access to the pool and a nice little strip of beach. Denise is great to rent from and to answer all your questions about the island. Should the time come for us to go back to Exuma I would not hesitate to rent this villa again.

Christmas 2010 and New Years 2011

Our trip to Exuma was great. Seacroft in February Point was the perfect jumping off point for many fun filled days in the sun on the beach and in the water. Being right on a little beach, we were able to wake up have breakfast on the patio and spend the morning on the beach or at the pool just one house over. Afternoons offered plenty of time to explore the many empty beaches to the north and south. Most days we were the only ones on the beach. The owners were very helpful in planning out what to do for our first trip to Exuma - 11 days. The house was nice and stocked with beach equipment, plenty of towels and just about whatever we needed. The views from the 2nd floor master bedroom balcony were incredible...what a way to start each day and end it with cocktails. The only detractors were 1) the reception on the satellite tv was very inconsistent (which was a pain to watch college football bowl games) and 2) the family room furniture could have been a little more comfortable and 3) there isn't much to do on Exuma if you looking for the excitement of some of the more popular islands in the Bahamas and Caribbean (which we weren't). But considering we spent most of the time outside, this wasn't a pain at all. All in all, with 2 bedrooms, it was the perfect size house and the right location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful time at SeaCroft. It is a lovely home, very nicely appointed, and completely comfortable. February Point is a very nice community of fine homes, and this Villa is very well located in the center, with a beautiful beach and fabulous views -- a great way to wake up overlooking the turquoise waters of Elizabeth Harbor. The owners are very helpful, accommodating, and easy to work with when making arrangements. Local property manager is very professional and helpful. Get a boat at Minns, and enjoy a great getaway in Great Exuma!

Exuma is beautiful and Seacroft is the perfect place to call home while you visit!

Everything that Denise has to say about her home is accurate and all that you need has been thought of and is waiting for you to enjoy once you arrive. The home is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff at February point are friendly and helpful. Godfrey (at the front gate) will quickly become your best friend. Denise was quick to reply to all of my questions and from the very beginning I knew that I made the correct choice for our Exuma vacation. Denise also has local caretakers that are available if you have any questions and called to check in to make sure everything was perfect. I have already recommended SeaCroft to several friends and we are already planning our next trip.

We had a fantastic stay here, the villa has all the comforts of home. The location is so close to everything in February Point and the walk to Georgetown is only 15 minutes. Exuma is beautiful and so laid back we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Be sure to rent a boat so you can explore Stocking island and visit the Chat and Chill. We went to the Christmas Junkanoo what a great experience. The Toyes and their caretakers the Rowes are very quick to respond to every request and question you may have. This is the first time I have used VRBO and would recommend it to anyone seeking this kind of vacation. Thanks Denise, Phil, Wendy and Doug for your help with such a fantastic holiday!

The setting right on the beach and the view were perfect. The weather, the people, the resort, the amenities and the island are all so lovely. Little touches are important to us and the villa had everything we needed for our visit - stocked cupboards, internet access, a water cooler and even beach toys for the kids! from my first conversation with the owners i could tell my family was in good hands staying at this beautiful villa in February Point. The lush, well maintained grounds of the developement are evident from the entry gates. Perfect location from everything we were interested in. Close to Georgetown for supplies and boat rentals (which we did for 3 of the 6 days we were there...highly recommended!!) The villa itself was clean, well maintained and any questions we had were quickly answered by the very helpful care takers, doug and wendy. I would definately recommend this to family and friends and will be returning myself in the near future.The views from this villa are just spectacular of elizabeth harbor and stocking island. We really enjoyed the boating and Chat-n-chill on stocking island is a must! Also snorkled the underwater caves around crab key and hit starfish beach near stocking island and counted over 50 big beautiful starfish...just amazing! We also enjoyed a guided "glass bottom" kayak trip by starfish watersports through moriah harbor...awesome!! I could go on and on about this incredible island, this beautiful luxury waterfront villa and the warm and friendly people of exuma...but you'll just have to see for yourself....you wont be disappointed

Great Time! Rented a boat and hang out at the Chat &Chill. Ate at Peace & Plenty a lot. Jerry took us on a tour of the islands for snorkelling. The house has an awesome view! We sailed on the Hoby Cat a lot andused the sea Kayaks.Went to little Exuma and ate at Santanas. Great views and food. Must go to Tropic of Cancer beach! It was beautiful. We were here for Junkanoo. What an experience! Thanks!

Lunched at CocoPlum Beach, had cocktails at Chat &Chill, hired a boat and explored the harbour, snorkelled, Fowl Cay. Took a boat trip with Jerry – sandbank is incredible. Lunch at Santanas Our greatest family holiday!! Thank You! We will returm.
