This 2850 square foot, brick home is the perfect spot for your Lake Marion vacation. Located on a quiet cove, this waterfront property has tremendous views of "big water" and an enormous sandy beach on the lake's desirable south side in Eutawville, South Carolina.
Large enough to sleep up to 13 people comfortably, the floor plan includes five bedrooms and four full bathrooms. This house was remodeled recently and has a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful master bath. IT also has a large family room with plenty of seating and wonderful windows that look out over a huge back deck and out to a wonderful view of the lake. You won't find a more elegant setting on the lake.
The home is tastefully decorated and is fully furnished except for linens. The spacious kitchen and large living area open to the spacious deck overlooking the big water views of the lake and cove.
There is large landscaped backyard leading to a private dock. The house is close to the full service Lakeside Marina (formerly the Cypress Shores Marina). This facility offers a boat ramp, dockside fueling, bait and tackle shop, and a restaurant.

Peak:- June-August. Shoulder:- April,May,Sept,October. Winter:- Nov-March.
$200 Security Deposit due at reservation. Balance due 30 days before arrival.
Cleaning fee is deducted from deposit if property is not left as you found it.
All rentals are subject to a 8% sales/accomodations tax.
