This Condo is part of the Homestead complex, America's Fresh Water Resort, which includes golf, skiing (both downhill and cross-country), hiking, canoeing, rafting, multiple swimming beaches and much more on-site. Facilities in nearby Glen Arbor include well-maintained tennis and basketball courts, canoe and kayak rentals, and fishing charters. This unit is located on the second level so there are some stairs to climb.
The Leelanau Peninsula is located outside of the busy Traverse City - Petoskey corridor and thus is a welcome reprieve from the hectic pace of our normal lives. The peninsula features 12 wineries for touring and tasting, wonderful restaurants and unique shopping in its villages. In addition, there is great salmon fishing, tasty fresh produce in season and great colors in the fall. This condominium is within walking distance of Glen Arbor using either the beach or the road. Glen Arbor is 40 minutes from the Cherry Capital Airport in Traverse City.
