Newly remodeled Fall 2005! New carpet, furniture, TV, DVD, patio furniture, beds, mattresses, paint, and more. The works! This is a first floor unit on the ocean side of Shore Drive. Great views from the patio. Breakfast or dinner with an ocean view couldn't be better.
A Place at the Beach III is on the ocean at the end of Shore Drive so there are no condos across the street to share the beach with. It makes it a lot less crowded and more quiet. Great for families. There are 2 swimming pools with pool/deck chairs and outdoor showers, 6 charcoal BBQs, and picnic tables.
Shore Drive is an excellent location for your shopping and entertainment. Restaurant Row, Tanger Factory Outlet Mall, Barefoot Landing, House of Blues, Alligator Adventure, Alabama Theater, Dixie Stampede, and the Carolina Opry are just a short drive away. Within walking distance (three buildings away) is Ocean Annies Beach Bar with its daily live entertainment.
Bring your own bed linens, pillow cases, towels and wash cloths, or they can be provided upon request.
