Enjoy vacationing in historic Breckenridge where you can experience some of the best skiing in Colorado. Los Pinos is conveniently located by the Snowflake lift for easy ski-in and ski-out access. Only a few blocks from town you can either walk or take the free shuttle bus to Main Street where you can enjoy shopping and dining.
Our spacious condominium is beautifully appointed with mountain furnishings and also offers a one-car, heated attached garage. This spring we installed new carpeting, new comforter sets in the bedrooms, new living room furniture, new audio/video system. There is ski storage in the garage and direct entry to the unit. Comfortably designed to sleep six, the unit has two bedrooms on the lower level with queen-size beds and two full baths. You will also find a washer and dryer on this level for your use.
The main level features a pull-out sofa bed, gas fireplace, fully-equiped kitchen and deck with mountain and city views. After a hard day of skiing, enjoy relaxing in the outdoor hot tub. There is also access to an off-site, heated swimming pool, and two hot tubs a short distance away which is enjoyed by other surrounding condos in our Association - lockers, showers and toilets available.
During the summer months Breckenridge hosts two fabulous orchestras - the Breckenridge Music Festival orchestra, consisting of professional musicians and the National Repertory Orchestra, consisting of the most talented young musicians training for top symphonic orchestras.
The ampitheatre is located about three blocks from the condo. Summit County also is a bikers paradise with over 70 miles of paved bikepaths criss-crossing the County. Just outside Breckenridge is a Jack Nicholas public golf course. There is a wonderful visitors center, located on Mainstreet by the Riverwalk Center, which can provide you with just about any information you might want on hiking, biking, fishing, golfing, boating on Lake Dillon and more!

As full-time Breckenridge residents, we realized that having a vacation rental in Breckenridge would offer not only beautiful surroundings, but also a wealth of recreational and cultural activities to our guests.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our condo in Los Pinos is perfectly located to enjoy both summer and winter activities. It is just a short three block walk to the center of town and all of the restaurants and shops. There is also a Town of Breckenridge free shuttle bus stop located 50 yards from our front door which will take you anywhere in town if you decide not to walk. For mountain access, there is a ski-lift located just 150 yards from our condo.

Having moved to Breckenridge from Wisconsin in 2001, we are now year-round residents. Over the years we have fallen in love with these beautiful mountains and the quaint town. We have grown to enjoy all of the outdoor and cultural activities Breckendige and Summit County have to offer: skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, sailing, fly-fishing, summer concerts, fine dining, and just plain relaxing. We both work on the mountain during the winter on the mountain in Guest Services where we assist visitors like you in making your stay in Breckenridge a memorable experience.

My husband and I feel fortunate to have rented this perfectly located condo. The owners, Pauline and Mark,did everything to make us feel welcome. They provided us with all the household amenities and area information to make our month summer stay memorable and fantastic!The concert series, art shows, weather, and hiking activities make this destination a "must go" place. Everything is within walking or short driving distance from the condo:restaurants, shopping,entertainment,library etc. Having a deck, closet space in bedrooms,a garage, and washer/dryer add to this condo unit. A wonderful gift basket welcomed us and got our vacation onto a happy note.If you ski, the location is also near the lifts. Hopefully, we will be able to return soon!

my wife and i have only stayed the one time so far but it is a fantastic place to stay. we have been coming to breck for 7 yrs and out of all the places we have stayed i would rate this in the top 3. place has everything you need and very cosy and located nicely. we met the owners while we were skiing (Mark) a great guy ran into him on the slope by mistake. would highly recommend and plan on staying again in the future.

This was my 1st trip to Breck and I absolutely loved it. The condo was great. It's beautifully maintained and perfectly located to ski in/out of Peak 8 or walk into town. I hope to be back next year

If you are looking for a comfortable, clean and well equipped condo with a great location, this is the place. Los Pinos is close to Main Street (3 blocks) and yet far enough to provide a peaceful mountain setting. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck and enjoying the views. You can park your car and walk or take the free bus. We think Breckenridge is the best town in Colorado for summer or winter. There are so many events going on during summer that you will not lack for something to do. Everything about the town makes you feel welcomed. Pauline and Mark are quick to respond to any questions you may have.

We have stayed in a lot of condos over the years with our family. This was by far the best prepared condo we've ever rented...lots of extra towels, well equipped across the board. The owners are easy to work with and eager to please. Plus, the condo is beautiful and in a nice location...a bit of a walk into town, but not too bad. Had a great time and didn't want to leave. Well worth the money.

Have rented other Condos in the past. None no easier than this one, ie: no key chasing across town,etc. Feels like home, many amenities, close to Downtown while being on the Mountain. The owners are very responsive to emails and phone calls. Do what they say they are going to do. Highly recommend. Will stay at this location in the future.

This is our 2nd time staying at Los Pinos - A great location that allows us to ski down for lunch, not worry about driving / parking and was an easy walk into town. Great place to relax after a long day of skiing and the owners are very helpful (great shopping tips).
