This is a beautiful 1315 square foot condo built in 2004, with top of the line upgrades and gorgeous furnishings. Formerly the developer's unit, you can imagine it is the pick of the litter!! Located right in the heart of Kimball Junction with restaurants, grocery stores, movie theatre, shopping, fitness center, and nightlife right outside your door. It couldn't be in a better location!

There are two bedrooms and two baths...the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a king size bed. The other bedroom has two twin beds. There are also other sleeping accommodations in the the living room in the form of hide away sleepers.

Ski resorts are only minutes away and are accessible by Park City's free bus...If you rent a car, there is an attached 2-car garage with this unit, large enough to keep your car free of snow and still have plenty of room to store your skis and boots. The condo is only 30 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport.

This condo also has a full kitchen, cable television in living room and master bedroom, Wireless Internet, gas fireplace, and balcony. Airport transfers, pre-loaded refrigerator, concierge service, and other extras may be provided for additional costs. We also offer heavily discounted lift tickets, AND baby sitting service.

  • Our family of four stayed here during a February '09 ski vacation. It's a fantastic condo. Super clean. High-quality furniture. Very tastefully decorated. Fast wi-fi. Quality linens. Doesn't show any "renter wear." You really feel like you are staying in a friend's vacation home, not a rental unit. Fantastic restaurants w/i short walking distance. Grocery and many other stores close by as well. Very responsive owner. No surprises. We would absolutely rent again.

  • Want to ski Park City, Deer Valley and The Canyons, but don't want to pay the exorbitant prices at the resorts themselves? Then this condo is where you want to be. It's reasonably priced, spacious, comfortable and very, very clean. It's just minutes from the three ski resorts. I brought my wife and two daughters here for a week of skiing in February 2008, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the resorts and the condo. The condo's right across the street from the Olympic Park, and you can see the two Olympic ski jumps all lit up at night from the condo's patio. As an added benefit, this condo is part of a condo community with its own shopping area, with restaurants, grocery store, movie theater and Starbucks! This unit gets our highest recommendation.

  • We found this condo to be absolutely beautiful and perfect for our stay in Park City. The owner was very gracious throughout the reservation process and even went the extra mile to help us get discounted lift tickets. The location was central to three major ski areas and we were within walking distance to many restaurants and stores. We would definitely stay here again!

  • My family and I stayed here during Sundance week in January, 2007. It was a real surprise and a treat to find that we were literally located in the heart of Redstone and we were within walking distance of shops, dining, grocery stores, and more. The condo was clean, well decorated, and came with most of the amenities you would need during a stay. This was a ski trip for us and on most days we took the bus and left the car in the garage. The garage was also nice to have since we didn't have to deal with snow, ice, or a cold car when we did drive. There were no negatives staying here. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend it. We certainly had a great time. Thanks, Rick

  • My son and I stayed here for a ski weekend. Had a good time and would highly recommend staying at this condo. Very convienent. Other than skiing, we did not use the car. Walked to everything. Well furnished. Owner had many good suggestions for things to do, restaurants etc. We will return.

  • We enjoyed this condo for our ski trip to Park City. The condo is clean, neat, and tastefully and comfortably decorated. The owner was easy to work with and gave us great ideas for dining and skiing. We liked the convenient and quiet location, as well as the luxury feel of the condo.

  • What an awesome location! My family thoroughly enjoyed this condo. We could not have picked a better place based on everything available to us within walking distance, theaters, stores, Starbucks, and fine and casual dining. I even got the best haircut ever in a shop nearby!! The skiing was awesome and we cant wait to come back. We will stay right here again.
