After a great day on the white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast, bring your family home to the four bedrooms and four baths of our 2000 square foot two-story Bungalow in a quiet area of the world renowned Sandestin gated resort.
Dinner can be prepared in the fully equipped, state of the art kitchen or on the brick patio equipped with a gas grill. The dining table seats eight, there are four stools at the bar and a table for four sits on the enclosed rear porch.
There is one king, two queens and two bunk bed in the four bedrooms and queen sofa bed in the large, upstairs sitting room. Two of the bedrooms have private, attached baths.
The use of wireless internet, five televisions with cable, three DVD players and washer and dryer are included. Three bicycles, a port-a crib, a a stroller and high-chair are available by request. A variety of beach chairs and games, coolers and fishing and crabbing equipment are also provided.
The neighborhood pool with comfortable lounge chairs and putting green are just steps from the front door. All the amenities of Sandestin including fantastic golf, tennis, shopping, playgrounds, restaurants and nightlife are within a walk, a bike ride or a short car trip. The new Baytowne Wharf family entertainment area, the Conference Center and a number of hotels are also located within the resort gates.
But with all the fun available at Sandestin, the best part of our Bungalo is being able to return each evening to a peaceful environment where you can relax, read, cook a gourmet dinner if you chose and enjoy it all in a new, professionally decorated and spacious single family home.

With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and two separate living areas, everyone can have their own space. Beautifully decorated (think Pottery Barn meets The Beach) and immaculately kept, this is a true retreat. I have stayed there with my grown family (kid-friendly), with just couples and recently with four other friends, and we all had an ideal retreat. Just three houses from the private, quiet Bungalos pool, and a six minute drive to the beach, you simply cannot go wrong. I have stayed at other VRBO and I cannot recommend this one enough. Also, there are two steps to get in, but other than that, it has a master suite, an extra bedroom, grand room, laundry and kitchen all on the first floor, so it is somewhat accessible if you can handle those two steps. Thanks!

We have stayed at this Bungalo many times. The house is very well equipt and perfect for families. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is stocked and the neighborhood is always quiet. We would recommend it to anyone.
