Margate Tower is a luxurious direct oceanfront Six Star Condo with 2643 square feet. Margate Tower is located in the spectacular brand new Margate Tower. This Margate Tower condo is an extremely spacious unit that is located on the eleventh floor. The Margate Tower condo has an awesome private balcony with chaise lounge patio furniture.

Margate Tower is Myrtle Beach's most fabulous address which features only nine units per floor with interior corridors, tropical landscape around a bi-level oceanfront pool with cascading waterfall, hot tub, front desk full time attendant along with the 10 pools located within Kingston Plantation, a private 145 acre beautifully tropically landscaped resort complete with lakes, a half mile of secluded beach located within a 24 hour security gated entrance.

Margate Tower at Kingston Plantation includes an onsite full service restaurant, waterpark, and numerous pools with a snack bar in season. The oversized private master bath has a double sink vanity with hair dryer. This bath has a shower/tub combo.

The second oceanfront Margate Tower master suite features a queen bed with direct access to the oceanfront balcony. The huge master bathroom has a double vanity with a corner jetted jacuzzi tub, divided separate shower, and large walk-in closet. This bath comes with a hair dryer as well.

There is absolutely NO Smoking allowed at my Margate Tower condo. No Pets are allowed in my Margate Tower condo either. Motorcycles are not allowed inside the homeowner area of the Margate Tower property at Kingston Plantation.

  • Hi Paul, I just wanted to take time to thank you for allowing us to use your condo. The purpose of our trip was a wedding on the beach the 2nd Saturday in October combined with a relaxing vacation. The condo was beautiful. We had a wonderful time. The weather was a little on the rainy side for a day or two which made the spacious accomodations even nicer. Coffee on the balcony while watching the dolphins and enjoying the view was wonderful. The first master has 1 queen bed, the second master has a king bed, and the third bedroom has 2 queen beds. there is also a queen air matress that can be put in the living room area.   • Super nice condo. One of the nicest I've ever stayed in. Margate Tower has to be one of the nicest condos in Myrtle Beach and the owner is fantastic also. Super friendly guy who helped make our vacation work out back in September 07. Big, clean and open layout with unbelievable views of the Atlantic. True oceanfront with a nice balcony.   • Thank You Paul! What a wonderful place to call home for a week. The view was amazing! We cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday and loved the fully stocked kitchen. All we can say is WOW! We usually are ready to go home after a week long vacation. But, we felt like crying when we had to leave. We've been to Myrtle Beach almost every year for 30 years. But, we've never stayed in a place like this. It made the whole trip a little better. Your place really is FABULOUS! See ya next year. Or hopefully before that!
