Wow! What a beautiful condo and amazing property owner. I have vacationed at Myrtle Beach since I was a child and am now taking my children. This is by far the best condo we have ever had the pleasure of renting and the best property owner we have ever had the opportunity with which to work. The condo is beautifully decorated, incredibly spacious and packed with all the wonderful details that make you feel right at home. If you are looking for the perfect get away with all the comforts of home then this is the place! My family will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Fabulous Condo and Fabulous owner! We rented with another family and there was 10 of us all together. We had so much fun at the beach and the pools, and our condo was such a nice spacious beautiful retreat to live in each day of our vacation. Very clean, gorgeous decor, everything you could possibly need is here. The ocean front view is perfect! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend this condo to other families as well. Paul, thank you for being so wonderful to us from the very 1st moment we made the reservation and throughout our stay if we needed anything. You are a wonderful landlord to rent from!

Stayed here in April of 2010, with my mother 14 year old daughter and her friend. Upon opening the front door I was stunned at how large and beautiful the condo. was. I almost felt guilty that we didn't have enough people with us to fill it up.The two master suites overlooking the ocean were huge. One has a seperate sitting area that would be perfect as a seperate sleeping area for a toddler or to set up a portable crib for a baby. The closets in the master suites were almost the size of small bedrooms and the laundry room is the size of a bedroom. The third bedroom with two beds was perfect for two teens and they had there own bathroom to share. The Condo is decorated beautifuuly and the large kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. The condo is right next door to a fishing pier with a small arcade and little restaurant , so it was nice that the girls could wander over there at night, but I could still see them on the pier from the balcony. The condo has its own pool with a cascading waterfall and a jacuzzi, but you get accesss to all the pools and facilities on the property including a small water park with a heated lazy river (hours of operation depend on the season) surrounded by three other pools,an out door restaurant and tiki bar at The Embassy Suites. The Embassy Suites also offers children's activities at the pool complex like arts and crafts, hair wraps, water ballonn toss, scavenger hunts... and this is all available to guests staying in any facility on the Kingston Plantation.The Embassy Suites is connected to Margate Towers by a paved walkway running right along the beach. Paul the owner was great. We actually made cotact with him on the internet through VRBO about another of his properties we were looking at and he called me on the phone within minutes of my posting letting me know that the property I was looking at wasn't available but that he had something that he thought we would even like better. He was right. I have stayed in many places in the Myrtle beach area over the last five years, hotels and condosand this was by far the best!

The condo is incredibly spacious and very well maintained. Our family enjoyed the entire facility and its location is ideal for any family looking to get away. Paul was very accomodating as well and had no problems receiving phone calls with any questions we may have had. Hi Paul - My family and I stayed at your condo over the Thanksgiving holidays, and I must tell you that it was absolutely wonderful. We have been visiting Myrtle Beach for over 30 years, and your condo within Margate was the best yet. For anyone searching for the right place, I recommend that you stop right here. This condo is in the best part of Myrtle Beach - Kingston Plantation. Furthermore, it's in the best facility within Kingston Plantation. The pictures don't even begin to capture the beautifully decorated furnishings -- first class all the way. Also, just as you indicated in the description, the beds were extremely comfortable. Hi Paul, I just wanted to take time to thank you for allowing us to use your condo. The purpose of our trip was a wedding on the beach the 2nd Saturday in October combined with a relaxing vacation. The condo was beautiful. We had a wonderful time. The weather was a little on the rainy side for a day or two which made the spacious accomodations even nicer. Coffee on the balcony while watching the dolphins and enjoying the view was wonderful. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay any better unless we were simply staying longer. Owner response:As stated in the vrbo ad 74116, there is 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The first master has 1 queen bed, the second master has a king bed, and the third bedroom has 2 queen beds. there is also a queen air matress that can be put in the living room area. This makes the sleeping capacity 10. Thank you! - Paul

Wonderful, beautiful condo!! Had a problem with the washer, Paul fixed it immediately. Couldn't be nicer and more attentive. Great owner!!! Want to stay there again!! Thx Paul for letting us stay there!!

Super nice condo. One of the nicest I've ever stayed in. Margate Tower has to be one of the nicest condos in Myrtle Beach and the owner is fantastic also. Super friendly guy who helped make our vacation work out back in September 07. Big, clean and open layout with unbelievable views of the Atlantic. True oceanfront with a nice balcony. Bedrooms had great views as well with the best mattress I've ever slept on. Thanks again Paul! (btw, Go Pack!)

Thank You Paul! What a wonderful place to call home for a week. The view was amazing! We cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday and loved the fully stocked kitchen. All we can say is WOW! We usually are ready to go home after a week long vacation. But, we felt like crying when we had to leave. We've been to Myrtle Beach almost every year for 30 years. But, we've never stayed in a place like this. It made the whole trip a little better. Your place really is FABULOUS! See ya next year. Or hopefully before that! Our family vacationed at Paul's condo the week of July 4th, 2006. Paul was very nice and the rental process was stress free which was a great start to the wonderful vacation we had staying in Margate 1105 at Kingston Plantation. This condo is very luxurious, spaceous, comfortable, and has a great ocean view. It was by far, the best accomodation we have stayed in while visiting Myrtle Beach! This is the best place to stay at Myrtle Beach!! The condo was picture perfect and the views spectacular. I particularly enjoyed the pool and appreciated how it had an attendant posted during the day. Parking was a dream and the front desk extremely helpful. Paul was very professional to work with and I would highly recommend renting this unit. My family and I will have lasting memories of our time at Myrtle Beach and plan to return to Margate Towers as soon as possible.

Just returned today and what a fabulous trip. Your condo is the best and made the vacation. The place is beautifully furnished throughout and the ultimate in luxury and class. The golf speaks for itself; we played Glen Dornoch, Legends - Parkland and Moorland, Shaftsbury Glen, Kings North, Tidewater and Grande Dunes. All the courses were great in design and condition. April 29, 2006 We just wanted to let you know how much of a great time we had at the Margate. Your unit is unbelievable! The decorations are beautiful, a perfect oceanview, well kept and the grounds are very clean and secure. We especially loved the location and could not believe how convenient your place is too everything. We also liked knowing that if we needed anything you were just a phone call away. We took a drive into Myrtle Beach area and we were so happy that we chose North Myrtle area instead, the beaches are nicer and much cleaner. We would highly recommend your unit and are already planning our next trip to Margate. Once again Paul, thank you for a vacation that I will always brag about!!!

April 8-22, 2006: 1105 Margate provided my husband, mother and me with luxurious and comfortable accommodations. Kingston Plantation is the perfect vacation spot in Myrtle Beach and this well-appointed condo is so welcoming that it's difficult to leave. We would definitely stay in 1105 in the future.

What a beautiful place at #1105 Margate Tower! From the moment you walk in, all the way...to the balcony and take in the ocean view...ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! If you want quality you will find it here! We have stayed at plenty of places, but Margate tops them all. The layout is very spacious! (The bedroom suites are larger than some apartments!) Looking foward to returning :)

We have visited Myrtle Beach for the past 20+ years, and have stayed in a different place just about every year. But I think we have definitely found the BEST! This is by far the most luxurious condo that we have ever stepped foot in. It's beautifully decorated with upscale furnishings and has more space than you can figure out what to do with! We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this condo and can't wait for a return visit. The owner is great to deal with too, so no worries about that either. It's a great experience from start to finish. So go ahead and book a week at the Magnificent Margate! It's worth every cent! :)

This is one awesome place. Great ocean front view with a beautiful sunrise. Stayed 3 days. Excellent golf only a few minutes away. It does not get any better than this. Great unit and great location. Beautiful white beach.
