Cozy living room with gas fireplace - South Lake Tahoe Lodging Cozy, inviting warm cabin with lots of privacy, just one mile to Heavenly ski resort, casinos, the lake and so much more. The two bedrooms are located on separate floors, each furnished with a queen-size bed and a goose down comforter. The sofa bed is available for a larger gathering. The cabin is ideal for singles, couples who are a looking for a romantic quiet mountain get-a-way or a small family with children. Cleaning fee of $75 is waived for rentals of 7 nights or more. Nov-March... $145/night Holidays $180/night (2 nights minimum)
April-May... $99/night Holidays $150/night (2 nights minimum)

one time professional cleaning fee $75, waived for rentals of 7 nights or more
$200 security deposit, 10% local tax
Full balance is due 14 days prior to rental (30 days for holiday rentals)
Full refund if cancelled 14 days prior to rental minus a $20 cancellation fee
No refund due to weather
