- King Bed : There is one room that has a king size bed. This room has an adjoining bathroom and shower. This room has a door which leads to the outside deck. There is a TV in this room.
- Queen Bed (2) : There are two rooms that each have one queen size bed. One of the rooms has an adjoining bathroom and shower. (first floor) The other room has a deck attached to the room with the queen sized bed. (second floor) Both rooms with queen sized beds have TVs.
- Double Bed (2) : There are two double beds in one room...This is my favorite room to sleep in. It's sunny, but I just like the feel of this room. Maybe it's because it's where I read to my kids a lot. The pack n-play is in the closet of this room as well as the child bed guard rail for sleeping. There is also a small round table in this room. My kids like to sit here and color before bed time. This room has a TV.
- Child Bed : There is not a child bed, but there is a rail that can be placed on one of the double beds so a young child won't roll out of bed while sleeping.
- Murphy Bed : This is about a queen size -- two teenagers can easily sleep in this bed.
- Crib : This is actually a pack-n-play which can double as a play pen. There is also a slide in safety sleep bar attachment for one double bed for toddlers (so they don't fall out of bed!)

The second pool is located in Eagles Landing, and the third pool is located in Captiva Sands which is righ behind Eagles Landing. A lot of people bring bikes or scooters to ride around the little neighborhood -- it's green and lush and perfect for walks!

Why the Owner Chose Rehoboth Beach
Rehoboth Beach offers all of the amenities that the bigger beaches offer (a boardwalk, crab houses, water parks, shopping); but does not seem to be over grown with too many people. We like Sanibel Village at Eagles Landing where the penthouse condo is located because there are actually 3 properties that share the pools and tennis courts in a nice established, shaded, lush community. Kids ride their roller blades, bikes or scooters around this community. The beach is great, but when we are done with the beach for the day and want to go play tennis or take a nice walk or roller blade or bike there is a small, safe 4 block community area in which we can do that.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We LOVE the elevator! We do not have to carry luggage or groceries. We also appreciate having a large washer and dryer, just like we have at home, but on vacation. With the washer/dryer it is nice because we never go home with dirty clothes and we never over pack! We also like that the penthouse is spacious so we can really relax and enjoy our vacation without driving one another nuts! With a two-level, 3,000 square foot space offering two-deck areas (note one is enclosed) and two living room type areas and 4 bedrooms and three and a half baths, plus the kitchen, there is just plenty of room to move around. My kids always call it our new house because we work hard to keep it pristine for you --- our renters!

My husband Shawn and I live in Alexandria, VA near Washington, DC. We have two children - a boy and a girl. My husband Shawn runs a small non-profit that helps the poor, frail elderly. We chose to purchase a property in Rehoboth Beach, DE because we loved both the close proximity of Rehoboth, DE to the Washington, DC area and we like the laid-back family-friendly atmosphere of Rehoboth Beach. It does not seem to be over grown like some of the other beaches we have gone to on the East Coast. We love the golf, tennis, gyms, biking and hiking paths and shopping and amusement parks close by our Rehoboth penthouse.

This is truly a great place to stay. It is clean and well appointed. Very spacious and comfortable. Six if us stayed and each felt like we had our own space. It felt like a home away from home. We were supposed to check in on Saturday and Irene came first so we were delayed until Monday. The owners extended our stay and we could not have been more pleased. I recommend this place to anyone!

i stayed here aug13th-aug20th...this place was fantastic one of the best places i have ever rented. i would HIGHLY recommend this place, it is clean, well maintained, very spacious and very easy to get to. it has everything you could need or want, the price is very reasonable. if and when i go back to Rehoboth this is where i would stay again.

Stayed here for our Women's yearly get away. Great place. There was 10 of us and a 3 year old. The bedroom on the first floor was very handy for my mother since she is 81 and would have had trouble with the stairs. Had no problems with the air-conditioning and was able to connect to the internet with my nook. Plenty of room and close to everything. Plenty of extras too (books, DVDs, CDs). There is even a light so you can get across Rt. 1. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you so much for renting your lovely place out.

Our family met up in Rehoboth to celebrate my niece's wedding and we stayed here. We will be back for sure. We found the accommodations clean, charming and roomy. I was able to have a few people over from the wedding party and with 9 of us staying there no one was cramped with the extra people for the party we had for a few hours. My husband and I had ample room to stretch out while my nephew and his family used the rooms upstairs. We loved the atmosphere of your home. We would like to try to make it back in the summer if we can swing it. We are coming back - it's just a matter of when! :-)

This place was very spacious and accomodated our 3 families. Kitchen had everything needed. Needed some maintenence we changed the air filter because was not getting cool enough and it looked like it had not been clean in months.... Toilette kept running and had to wait for someone to fix property managers did not remember what unit called. Said it had internet however the four computer savy people had yet to determine how to get it working by the end of the week. We had to use other means to get business done while there. Sunroom smelled very bad of cigarette smoke. Not to mention the 1:30 am 7-15 state police knocking on the door looking for someone. Needless to say our first trip to Rehobeth Beach was lovely not sure we will be staying at this location again.

Our goal is to keep our place in such tip-top shape that people can come to our place and relax and enjoy the beach, the pool and all there is to see and do in wonderful Rehoboth beach! As owners, we along with our rental management contact, and our handyman tried our hardest and did our very best to bend over backwards to accommodate her plethora of issues. And we did accomplish this task. Our HVAC man had been out a few weeks prior to her stay and had changed the air filter, so I don't understand why she changed our filter again. The toilet was fixed as soon as our rental manager got the call. The Verizon DSL was down in the whole eastern seaboard and we worked diligently to attempt to get her service nonetheless. We have no control over some police coming to the door at night because some one used our address fraudulently. And the smoke on the screened in sunroom is beyond our control. The sunroom is a room used for adults at night and there is a large fan and screened windows in case there is a smoker because we have a serious no smoking policy in our home. We care for our home with love and hard work and dedication. We have 5-6 repeat renters every summer and feel blessed by this. Our home is always booked any many times it is through word of mouth from someone who has stayed there. We have received no other complaints this year. We love our place. Our children and grandmothers love it too. We hope you will give us a chance and come stay here! You will love our community. Our home is welcoming and accommodating to all!

Great place - clean, comfortable, up-to-date, and close to everything. Went to the beach and played golf with family. Both very close by. As are the restaurants, shopping and other attractions. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am at the DE shore.

We shared this unit with another family, and really enjoyed it. The 2-level layout included spacious main areas where we could all hang out, and areas of privacy for when you wanted a quiet moment, including a balcony off the master bedroom. We loved the easy access to the property's 3 pools, tennis courts, and the fact that we could walk to a couple of fun beachy-type restaurants...and of course the beach was easy to get to as well...we usually just rode our bikes! This condo is obviously very well maintained, and was stocked with lots of goodies in the kitchen, as well as DVDs to watch at night...lots of little touches like that that made our stay more comfortable (and our grocery bill lower). We will be returning for the summer of 2010. Many thanks to the owners!

My friends and I stayed here late last summer and golfed, played tennis, relaxed by the ocean; and shopped. The house was nice. The tennis courts were in good shape. The home was bright, clean and welcoming. The two level layout of this condo was wonderful - we had plenty of room to spread out. I am in the process of trying to find a week here for this summer to take my family to right after school ends. It is in a great location and nicer than many of the places I have stayed in over the years!

We had a relaxing.time here. The unit was clean and the atmosphere was beachy. It has all the comforts of home and is obvioulsy well cared for! Every room was nice and the batherroms were great and spacious. I loved the pools and walking to the big fish grill or arenas was nice. There is a shuttle to the beach which was helpful too. We are definitly going back. Much nicer than many other places we have stayed in. Not a typical rental at all.
