This Golf Villa was built in 2005 and is decorated in an island theme. When people visit, they say "Oh, I could live here."
Our two-story Villa was built by Centex Destination Properties which consists of luxury condominium Villas and single family Golf Estates. The Centex property borders the championship Ko Olina Golf Course. There is a walkway from Ko Olina Kai to the Ko Olina Golf Club where Roy's Restaurant is located. Also nearby is the JW Marriott Ihilani Spa for your relaxation. The gated Ko Olina Resort area has four peaceful lagoons for your beach enjoyment. There is a Hawaiian luau nearby as well as the Ko Olina Marina.
On the first floor of our 1600 square foot Villa is a bedroom with a queen bed and private bath. There also is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. Off the dining room area is a covered lanai with a gas grill. The living room has a TV for your program viewing. There is a separate laundry room off the entrance. Upstairs there also is a bedroom with a queen bed and its own bathroom.
These two bedrooms can be rented by individuals or by a party of persons. Renters share the Villa, kitchen, living and dining rooms, laundry room and lanai.
