Come enjoy "Tranquility Bay"!
This stilt home with a bay view is just a quick walk to seven miles of beautiful white sand beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. Only accessible by boat and just five minutes from the mainland, the Tranquility Bay is the perfect escape to a long work week. Boat rentals, water taxies, and golf carts are available for rent. Be sure to make arrangements prior to arrival. The Tranquility Bay community dock space number 30.(Please be respectful of other docks while visiting the island.)
The Tranquility Bay has 2 bedrooms in the main house with Central Air and a third bedroom with a window unit on the ground floor , 1 1/2 baths located upstairs with a private exterior shower on master bedroom balcony. There is a king bed in the master bedroom. There are two twin beds in the second bedroom and a large (non-sleeper) sofa in the living room. The downstairs bedroom has two twins. The full bath is in the common living area. The Tranquility Bay sleeps 7 if all beds and couch are used.
Smoking is prohibited inside the Tranquility Bay. Smoking is permitted on lanai, porch, or balcony. Pets are not permitted.

$250 Reservation/Security Deposit required to hold one-three weeks of rental time.
$400 Reservation/Security Deposit required to hold one month of rental time.

$400/weekend, if available (Friday 5p.m. to Sunday 5 p.m.)
