Islamorada offers 10' ceilings, distinctive crown moldings, hardwood floors, three bedrooms, a separate twin bunk room, two and a half baths and an enclosed outdoor H/C shower with bench just perfect for nature lover in you.
Islamorada also features an inviting front porch with wicker rocking chairs overlooking the secluded pool with large wide steps just right for the children to play on, a large screened in back porch nestled up to Sunset Lake amid water lilies and coastal wetlands filled with wildlife. There you will find comfortable sofas for reading and relaxation or just enjoying cocktails with friends. A table for six on the porch is perfect for outdoor dining or playing cards while listening to the birds and roar of the surf.
There is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area for extra guests. Cozy sofas,chairs, fireplace and a large 46"Flat Screen TV/VCR/DVD are all there for family entertainment. A dining table seats eight and a wonderfully equipped kitchen features new appliances for your culinary enjoyment. The home has been professionally decorated and well maintained.
The two downstairs bedrooms have queen-size beds, TVs, VCR/DVDs, and French doors opening onto the front porch overlooking the sparkling pool.
The spacious master suite is upstairs with a king-size bed, sitting area, 32"TV/VCR and large private covered balcony with table and chairs for two to sip a cup of coffee and enjoy the views of the lake and gulf. There are also two large comfortable chaise lounges as well. The master bath features an extra-large jacuzzi tub, double vanities, and a separate shower. A twin bunk room off the master will keep the kids close.
Islamorada offers all this in the middle of the Crystal Beach area which is conveniently located for fine gulf-front restaurants, renown golf courses, cinemas, shopping centers, and entertainment.
