Why the Owner Chose Sabal Harbour
This location is convenient for both Bradenton Beach and Siesta Key beaches and it is close to the I75. It is in a quiet sub division and the neighbours are very friendly and helpful.
It is nice not to have to travel too far after arriving at Tampa airport.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
The villa overlooks a nature reserve where the heron, turtles, cranes, ducks make regular visits. The birds of prey can be seen flying overhead most days. It is very relaxing just to take in the scene.
