Downstairs bedroom has two twin beds.
For your convenience beach chairs, beach towels, and an ice chest are all provided. Hot outdoor shower to wash off the sand before you relax in the hammock under the oaks. Beautiful ocean view when the weather is clear. Unwind, relax, and enjoy.

The quiet, peaceful location and beautiful views make for a most relaxing getaway. The cottage is immaculate, has every conceivable thing needed, and is convenient to Capitola Beach and Village, which can also be walked to in about 25 mins if you need some exercise and want to avoid parking headaches. Shopping centers are a short drive away also. The owners are most hospitable and helpful in every way. Highly recommended.

We just got back from a three night stay at the cottage. The cottage is absolutely beautiful. The views and the tranquility of the cottage make you feel very peaceful. It is excellently stocked and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Sitting on the patio looking out to the ocean and watching the deer grazing right in your backyard is a wonderful experience. I can not wait until we can go back and visit again.

We have stayed here twice and love it!!! No noise just peace and quiet. All the beaches are close by and very good restraunts. The deer just come down and are just awesome. You could see the ocean from the patio and its breathe taking... We will always visit this place and call it home... :)

We loved our stay at the cottage. I was not aware that there would be such a beautiful view. We were so pleasantly surprised. The cottage was perfect for our family of 4, but could have easily accomidated more. Barbara is so nice and we will DEFINITLY be back. This place is such a good find, you would be crazy not to stay there.

Great place to stay. Took the kids for Thanksgiving. Weather was perfect. You could not ask for anything better. House was clean. very relaxing.. We were able to sit on back patio and had a great view...We will be back to stay again... 5 Stars... Thank you for a wonderful stay to the owners...

This is a wonderful oasis from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The accomodations were perfect for a sister (4) getaway and 5oth birtday celebration~we vow to return!!! Weather was ideal and views off the deck spectacular!!!!

We rented this cottage for July 4th and 5th. It was clean and very comfortable. The landscaping was beautiful as was the view from the back porch once the morning fog burned off. We were so happy with our stay at the cottage, we are already planning our next trip back! Highly recommended...you won't be disappointed!

It doesn't get any better than relaxing by sitting on a quiet deck overlooking the bay. This cottage is beautiful and the space is very comfortable and well thought out. The owners were very accomodating. There is nothing negative about staying here.
