"BIRDSONG" Condo building is DIRECT GULF FRONT in beautiful Treasure Island. The BEACH is just steps away from your front door.You have a gulf view from the living room. The unit faces the beach and the street side. This is a fantastic opportunity to stay on the beach at very affordable prices. These prices are below hotel costs and our condo has a home-like atmosphere...AND right on the beach.

This one bedroom, second floor Condo is beautifully furnished... fully equipped with all linens, cookware, and dishes. The Condo includes two double-size beds, a couch, loveseat, dining room table and a fully equipped kitchen... with convenient and free parking in front of building.

This condo is a 5 minute walk to many beachside restaurants and bars, including the Bilmar, Sloppy Joes and Ricky T's. This unit is less than 5 minutes to Publix grocery store and historic John's Pass where you will find restaurants, parasailing, shops, boat/jet-ski rentals, gambling cruises and deep-sea fishing.

Tampa's Busch Gardens is a one hour drive and Orlando's Disney, Epcot, Seaworld, MGM and Universal Studios are just two hours away.The Seminole Hard Rock Casino in Tampa is just one hour away for a night of gambling and fun!!

Less than 1 hour away is NFL football in Tampa at Raymond James Stadium, Hockey games at St Petes Forum in Tampa is 45 minutes away. Tropicana Stadium where the Tampa Bay Rays play is just 20 minutes away!!! There is Golfing all around with a twenty 18-hole courses from two miles to 15 miles away. The property is only 15 minutes to museums and downtown waterfront "Bay Walk" entertainment center, movie theaters and more restaurants.

I am very flexible and will offer an early check in and a late check out, if available. I accept Visa, Mastercard, cash, personal check drawn on US banks, cashiers checks and money orders for both deposit and rental.

Why the Owner Chose Treasure Island

My vacation rental is only about a mile from my home. Visitors to my condo are only a 45 minute drive from Tampa International Airport, a 30 minute drive from St Petersburg/Clearwater airport and a 2 hour drive to the Orlando Area, home of many theme parks including Disney and Universal Studios.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium

My condo is in a complex with only 13 other units, all privately owned. We offer a casual and friendly atmosphere. My guests are within walking distance of Publix Supermarket, Walgreens Drug Store, US Post Office, clothing/gift shops and many fine restaurants. Treasure Island is known for its events including a regional sport kite competition in January, the Taste of the Beaches Food festival in April, "Symphony on the Beach" in May and a week-long Pirates Days Extravaganza during the July 4th Week-end. There is also the Pinellas County Recreational Trail, stretching 47 miles from St. Petersburg to Tarpon Springs, which provides a wonderful place for hikers, bikers, joggers and skaters to exercise and enjoy a sunny day.

    • I am so glad that I was able to stay at Birdsong. Carol did such a wonderful job on making sure her guest had all the things needed and then some to have a comfortable stay. It was very cozy and felt like home away from home. Clean. We could not have asked for more. Except maybe a longer stay. Everything is convenient. The shared Pool was great and the other guest were nice. I loved my stay Thanks again Carol

    • Thanks again Carol. The 3rd time was the best yet!!! Only thing, two weeks went by just a fast as the one week we stayed last year!!! As always, everything was perfect. We did not need anything but our swim suit and tooth brush!! See you next year!!

    • Our stay at Birdsong was wonderful! We walked into the house and felt as if we were in a tropical paradise. The house was very welcoming with bright flowers and the fresh smell of the ocean. (And, icy cold water in the frig was a very nice touch after a hard day of flying!) The ocean was only steps away, and my family strolled down there to shell hunt daily. The sunsets were amazing as well!! It was also nice to have guide books with places to eat and play already there for you. We used many of the maps, and even took a hint to eat at Philty Phils, which became OUR NEW FAVORITE!! (We went there four times!) My daughter loved the smoothy for kids. On a scale of 1-10, this vacation was a 12++ because of the wonderful housing, and the graciousness of the wondeful host. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
