We stayed in Carol's wonderful condo for a second time. We were so fortunate to rent it for 2-weeks, because it's always booked up months in advance!(for a reason) She keeps it very clean, well stocked up w/everything that you could think of. It's a quiet complex with a great location on the beach and close to Johns Pass Landing, resturants, beach shops, grocery and drug stores. We usually walk everywhere, even to Johns Pass. Also on Sunday evenings is the Drum Circle on the beach which you can see and hear from the Bird Song! Treasure Island is our favorite beach to stay at, and we fly from Washington state twice a year to do so. Looking so forward to coming back and staying at Carol's place again in the future...A little home away from home.

We loved our week long stay at Birdsong. It was right on the beach and really close to several really neat bars/restaurants as well as a small Publix and a Walgreens. The inside of the condo was very clean and up-to-date. There were several extras inside that we didn't expect such as movies and books. The condo is located on a very nice area of the beach. You can walk out pretty far and there are no rocks to step on...just sand. The owner seemed very nice and good to deal with. We will definately stay here again. We liked that it was close to John's Pass. We went deep see fishing and caught a trophy Hog fish!

Just recently stayed here 10-9 thru 10-20. Everything was great,well stocked clean and located close to stores,resturaunts etc.. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Carol is a great host/landlord.

We just made it home from Treasure Island and our family vacation. We had such a great time staying at Birdsong. Carol was so wonderful to work with. She made us the absolute best deal on a beach front condo in all of Florida. Carol was great responding to all of my questions and helping make sure that we had a great vacation. The condo is a great size for a small family. Fully stocked with things that you would never think of! The beach was perfect! Goregeous and low key! Great vacation!! Hope to return again. This condo is everything that a family needs to have a perfect vacation! Pack your clothes and grab a bit of groceries and you are set! This condo is fully stocked and clean! You are foot steps away from the water (both pool and ocean), lots of resturants nearby and a few within walking distance, and many activites for the family to enjoy, especially during the holidays! Also, you are within an hour driving distance to many malls and the Tampa Zoo, which our children LOVED! Disney is closeby as well! I would highly recommend Carol's condo to couples and families. Our family has enjoyed this hidden treasure in Treasure Island for the past three years and will continue to visit annually!

My family stayed at Birdsong during the middle of June in 20011 and had a great time! The condo has everything that a family needs to enjoy a perfect vacation and it is so affordable! We have stayed there twice and plan on booking another week or two for next year. The wide beach is perfect for kite flying and the drum circle was a blast!

My wife and I stayed at Birdsong unit 21 from May 28 till June 7 of 2011. Everything was just as advertized - convenient beach front condo with everything necessary to spend a week or two. Nothing fancy, but all what you need for a relaxing beach vacation is there. The Publix supermatket at a walking distance is excellent. Couple of restarants close by - we liked a "down to earth" R Bar with simple, well prepared food. One thing that separates this unit from many other is that the owner answers your requests and questions instantly - not in a day or two, but in a matter of hours. This probably was the main reason why we booked this one; and we do not regret. We hope to come back to the sunny Treasure Island again. Boris and Alla from NJ.

Carol, Thank you for your condo. You do a great job accomodating your guests. The beaches were great! We drove to Fort Desota Park and rented bicycles. What fun! We went to Clearwater Aquarium and saw "Winter" and other rescued wildlife. Drove across the Sunshine Skyway Bridge...so much to do locally. Time went by so fast so we are coming back next December. Well, what can we say. Lovely apartment and welll stocked. The stay was a hugely enjoyable one and had you not had anyone booked for the remainder of our stay in the States i.e. the Monday/Tuesday (27th/28th Dec – we looked at your booking calendar and realized someone was due on that Monday) we would certainly have loved to remain at the Birdsong for those last few days. The stay was also enhanced by the weather which was warm, sunny and blue skies...a truly relaxing week. If ever we return to Treasure Island we would definitely book the Birdsong again and would recommend it to others.Ooh, we have to say.......we loved the little Christmas ‘touches’ i.e. the little lights around the palm and small Christmas tree, brilliant!

This was our second stay at the Birdsong Condo, and it was again great. Fall is a great time to visit as the weather and water are still warm, but the summer crowds are gone and restaurants and shops were not busy. Again, the beachfront location is fantastic, and the condo is very clean, extremely well furnished and in excellent shape. We can't wait to return."

A gem of the Guld Coast

We loved our stay at Treasure Island. The condo is equipped and very well furnished. We were surprised how wide the beach is, and not so crowded. Lounging at the beach, splashing in the warm ocean water, and watching the dolphins go by was so relaxing. Thanks for the chairs and beach umbrella.(We definitely needed them) We were able to walk to many great restaurants with nightly music or drive to several that are within a few miles. The sunsets were fantastic! We even found a great mall not even ten minutes away. We would defintely make a trip back to Treasure Island. An unknown gem of the Gulf coast.

We had a wonderful stay at Birdsong. The condo was very clean and was well furnished. The convenience of the Publix grocery just a few doors away was a nice bonus. The beach was great and not crowded. This is a great location at a great price. We highly recommend it. We will definitely be back.

we arrived a bit early and were greeted by a lovely lady named Carmen(sp?)who semi-resides at Birdsong and helps Carol with the unit. She was so friendly and set the tone for the week. Even though the weather was not the best at the start of the week-the unit is in a wonderful location and it's easy to walk to many shops and restaurants, as well as the Publix grocery store. The condo is roomy and appointed nicely-love the way the powder room,shower and toilet area are all seperate. Also like the extra sink in the bathroom. We brought an air mattress that I did use a few nights-and there was plenty of room in the bedroom as well as the living room for it. Great selection of DVDs and videos. I would highly recommend staying here over a hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by the condo. When you get a great rate you worry about the condition of the condo and this condo was great. It has everything you would need for a vacation and the location to everything was perfect, 5 to 10 minutes takes you to a place of fun. Your section of the beach was very peaceful and relaxing. You have several places within walking distance also. I highly recommend staying at this condo, great experience.

I am so glad that I was able to stay at Birdsong. Carol did such a wonderful job on making sure her guest had all the things needed and then some to have a comfortable stay. It was very cozy and felt like home away from home. Clean. We could not have asked for more. Except maybe a longer stay. Everything is convenient. My son and I were lucky enough to find this condo to rent for our trip to Tampa for spring training. The condo is lovely, situated on a great stretch of beach and Carol's hospitality couldn't have been better. We will definitely use Birdsong again on our next visit if we can. Very clean, well cared for and well stocked.

Our stay at Birdsong was wonderful! We walked into the house and felt as if we were in a tropical paradise. The house was very welcoming with bright flowers and the fresh smell of the ocean. (And, icy cold water in the frig was a very nice touch after a hard day of flying!) The ocean was only steps away, and my family strolled down there to shell hunt daily. The sunsets were amazing as well!! It was also nice to have guide books with places to eat and play already there for you. We used many of the maps, and even took a hint to eat at Philty Phils, which became OUR NEW FAVORITE!! (We went there four times!) My daughter loved the smoothy for kids. On a scale of 1-10, this vacation was a 12++ because of the wonderful housing, and the graciousness of the wondeful host. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

This condo is perfect for peaceful getaways. Right on the beach with everything close by I did not even need to rent a car. Great bus service takes you to malls, restaurants and all of the beaches. The condo itself is just great, very comfortable, clean and stocked just like at home. Carol came over on my second day to offer a to take me grocery shopping, now that's service. The beach is beautiful and you can walk for miles or just sit in the sun and watch the world go by. I came by myself and felt totally safe at the condo and on the beach. I will come again, its a perfect spot to read and relax thanks Carol

What a great place to have a vacation. We spent Christmas and New years at Birdsong and it was one of the best ever. Carol took the time to decorate the condo in holiday fashion. It made all the difference for our 5 year old being so far away from home. Unbelievably well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Very well maintained, clean bright and comfortably decorated. So close to anything you would ever like to do. We enjoyed early morning coffee on the beach. Shelling and of course swimming. The pool next door was a great bonus. We didn't want to leave. I know where we will be staying for our next vacation to Florida. Thank you Carol! Thank you very much.

Thanks for the awesome stay at your Birdsong condo unit. You are a very gracious host & the unit had everything I could think we would need for a vacation at the beach!! I loved the quietness & the down time, but most of all I loved the proximity to the beach - I easily could go down there 10 times a day if I wanted to!!! We had a great week. You are right on a beautiful white sand beach. The unit was very clean, good amenties, well-stocked DVD collection. Carol is easy to deal with and very accomodating. This is an older-style Florida beach experience. Laid back, quiet and relaxed.

Our first stay at Birdsong was great. We were so appreciatative of how clean the condo was and the extras that were provided in the room (beach chairs, towels, etc.). It was a good location, quiet and we enjoyed playing shuffleboard while watching the sunset. I would highly recommend this Condo for a nice relaxing vacation.
