Our beautiful second row beach house is perfect for your family vacations. It is located on a wide stretch of Isle of Palms Beach with beach access right across the street from our driveway. Enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks in our large sunroom/screened porch.
First floor: First Bedroom with a queen bed and ceiling fan; Second Bedroom that's ideal for kids with four twin beds, two ceiling fans, a TV and a DVD player; full bath; laundry room; BBQ grill in back yard; outdoor shower.
Second floor: Large Family Room with a 40 inch TV, DVD; Spacious, well stocked kitchen with a stove top, two ovens and a ceiling fan, phone, and kitchen table that seats four; Large Dining Room with a ceiling fan and a table that seats up to eight; Master Bedroom with a King bed, full bathroom, TV, DVD and VCR; Second Bedroom with a King bed, TV; Second full bathroom; Third Bedroom with Queen and a day bed and pull out trundle bed (two twins); Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Large Sunroom/Screened Porch with a limited oceanview; a sundeck with a table and chairs on one side of the porch and lounge chairs on the other.
Wireless internet access is available throughout the home.
Two championship golf courses are close by in Wild Dunes along with an excellent tennis facility. Other activities include shelling, fishing charters, bike rentals, sailing, water-skiing, surfing, hiking, basketball and miniature golf. Contact the Isle of Palms marina to rent a pontool boat, which you can ride it into the Charleston harbor, or to rent wave runners.
In Charleston, our favorite restaurants include Magnolia's (sea scallops), 82 Queen (shrimp and grits), Anson's (BBQ grouper), Oak Steakhouse, Carolina's and Hank's. Try a carriage ride around the city to really appreciate the history, architecture and its unique character. There are walking tours and other site seeing trips available at the local museums and the aquarium. In Mt. Pleasant, try the Red Drum or The Water's Edge. On Isle of Palms try the Long Island Cafe for she crab soup and fresh seafood or the Sea Biscuit for breakfast or The Boatyard during a sunset. We like Sullivan's Restaurant on Sullivan's Island and there are a number of good pubs like Poe's and Home Teams.

The Unique Benefits at this House
This house has an open layout that's very comfortable. The porch is great for playing cards or just hanging out. I really like the two-sided deck. The beach access path is directly across the street from my driveway so the beach is close.

Our children, grandchildren, and we spent a long weekend in December at your lovely place, and the ten of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very accommodating with plenty of room and its well equipped kitchen. Access to the beach was right across the road. Perfect! All of us would certainly love to come back one day.

I took a group down from Clemson to Charleston for an educational and cultural tour. This Isle of Palms location was the perfect place to accommodate us and afford us an easy daily commute to the various venues we visited in the Charleston area. The house was very well stocked with linens and cooking supplies. I would and have recommended this property for anyone planning on staying in the Charleston area. Great location for a family vacation or a weekend get away!!

We had a great time in your home . This was our third stay with you . I am always impressed with the accomadations and your concern and follow up . The Grands really enjoy the bedroom with the twin beds . They have a great time , but am not sure of how much sleep they get. We look forward to staying with you again.

Jim, we were thrilled with the beach house, everything was set up to make us feel immediately at home and on "beach time". We would definitely come back again. I cannot think of any (even small) detail that would make things better, it was just perfect!
