This beautiful new condo is located in the award winning Vasari Country Club. The condo overlooks scenic Lake Vasari. From the lanai, you will be able to enjoy a fabulous view across the 40 acre lake to the magnificent Mediterranean style clubhouse.
The condo is located close to the pool and barbeque area. The condo offers approximately 1800 square feet of living area. This includes a large tiled living area, two bedrooms, eat-in kitchen, a den and the lanai. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, TV and large master bath, featuring twin sinks and over-sized shower. The second bedroom has twin beds, TV and adjacent bath. The den includes a queen pull out sofa. There is a fully equipped kitchen with Corian counter tops and a large bay window in the breakfast area. This unit can comfortably accommodate 4 to 6 people.
The Vasari Golf Course offers five tee locations to accommodate players of all levels. Enjoy golf and tennis by paying a one time membership transfer fee during the rental period. In addition to great golf, tennis and beautiful beaches, the Naples area offers fine dining, extraordinary shopping as well as an assortment of cultural events.
