I loved this unit! I grew up going to the Columbine in Breckenridge, We owned a unit identical to this one. It was like the old days, only updated! The unit is in very good shape. i really liked the renovation. Very comfortable and homey. My 2 daughters, 11 and 13 enjoyed it as well. It was perfect base camp for everything we did, including spontaneous walks into town. The owner took care of us before we headed out. Everything was very clear. The condo is also well-stocked with whatever you would need. I enthusiastically recommend this unit.

Our family rented this condo earlier this month, and I can honestly not think of one negative. It is a great location, a quiet area, but easy walking distance from town. It was very well maintained, furnished exceptionally well, and the kitchen had everything that you will need. The owner was very helpful, providing information regarding dining and entertainment. I highly recommend this unit.

This is an immaculate and comfortable retreat on top of the world. My husband & I celebrated his 65th birthday just as he wanted, home cooked meal in well appointed kitchen after a day out hiking in the mountains nearby and a soak in the hot tub to ease the joints! It was very quiet, yet so close to downtown and all amenities. (We dined out a couple of times too.) We had not stayed in Breckenridge before, but hope to come back! Thank you for everything.

This is our 3rd trip to Breckenridge and this was the best condo yet!! We do hope to return here one day. The setting and upgrades in your condo are beautiful and there is so much natural light,fresh air that it was hard to ever leave the condo. Swimming was great and the location awesome. We rarely had the TV on - just watched the stars - and we only drove to the city market and for our hikes. Always walked downtown and to the river/Maggie pond. Balconies are awesome. The stuffed bears are great for the little ones - my 4 year old loved them. Nicely stocked kitchen and condo - lots of extras - very thoughtful. Thank you for ckecking on us when the dishwasher broke. A perfect stay - too short - but we hope to come back. Thanks again!

We found the condo at HomeAway. The description perfectly matched reality. Everything was as or better than expected and fitted the needs of four adults and a baby. The condo is very well maintained and quiet The owner was very considerate and provided a lot of information on the condo, the city, and the area including valuable recommendations of all sorts. I can heartly recommend staying there.

My husband and myself, along with another couple, decided to visit Breckenridge for the first time but were not sure where to stay. We found this condo through VRBO and immediately contacted the helpful owner and booked it for 5 nights. The condo met all of our expectations from the comfort and cleanliness to the wonderful location to the lifts and town. We did not need a car as the information the owner gave us about a shuttle service to and from the airport was the perfect way to go. The owner also gave us great information for lift tickets, ski equipment, snowmobiling, restaurants, etc. which helped tremendously. We would definitely use this condo again! We highly recommend it.

Great weather, Perfect snow. We are trying to come up with a plan to live here! Breckenridge is a wonderful place to ski. Also we recommend: Rasta Pasta, Modis, Lucha Colorado Cantina. We had no food expectations for this trip & were blown away at the places listed above. We took in so much in a short amount of time. Definitely coming back!

This condo was great. It was a short walk to the chairlift through the trail that takes you over the Maggie Pond bridge. Beautifully renovated, everything works & very comfortable. We would return again in a flash! Thanks to the owners for managing it so well.

My family and I just returned from our stay at Columbine 310. It was a great location and definitely lives up to the description given.... My husband is very particular and was pleased not only with the cleanliness of the unit but also with the nicely fitted bathrooms.... It is nicely updated and not 'tired' as some vacation units can be. I found Stan (the owner) to be very accommodating in answering any questions I had. He certainly made me comfortable with his honesty and openness over the phone......as these transactions can create a bit of anxiety!! I would recommend this unit to a friend or relative. It's an easy walk to the Main Street activity of Breck as well as convenient to the lift. It's also an extremely quiet unit (top floor and on the end) so it was nice to not have the noise that we have experienced in previous stays at other places.... I also appreciated the 'no shoes' rule while in the unit! Thanks Stan and I hope this review is helpful to others....

We stayed here over the 4th of July weekend. The condo is great. A lot of items were on stock that we did not expect, which was great. The condo is very clean and the decor is exceptional. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. We even watched the fireworks from the rooftop deck, which was great. We love staying on this end of town, it is easy to get into town and to the shops and restaurants. Great location to get to other Colorado tourist sites.

Breckenridge, Colorado did not disappoint!

This was our first trip to Colorado and we did it all: horseback riding, white water rafting, biking, hiking, kayaking, exploring, geocaching and ghost towning. Downtown Breckenridge had loads of shopping and restaurants, and the people who worked in the Welcome Center in the middle town were very helpful. The last thing I expected to find in Breckenridge was a movie theater; we saw Toy Story 3 in an interesting and intimate cinema on Harris between Lincoln and Washington. We were very pleased with our rental unit. It was clean, well-maintained and had all of the amenities of home. Although it was located at the southern edge of town, it was still a reasonable walking distance to all Breckenridge had to offer. The pool and hot tub were a couple hundred feet down the path and we also put the wireless internet capabilities to good use. A cool little hiking trail next to the Blue River could also be found immediately west of the buildings. The owners were very accessible and promptly answered any questions we had. We had a great time in Colorado and greatly enjoyed our stay in your condo. Thank you very much!

The condo was very clean and close to all the ski lift. We had a wonderful time enjoying the hot tub and pool after a long day of skiing. The condo is walking distance to the lift and downtown Breckenridge. It was roomy for us to be able to cook and entertain inside. The Colorado mountain decor is a nice touch. We had a wonderful time and plan to return next year to enjoy it all over again.

We had a great time here in Breckenridge on vacation! The condo was great--well stocked kitchen, fun games and movies! The location was great with just a short walk to the ski area. Also under ground parking was great , especially when it snowed. It was also great to have easy access to Main street for dinner & shopping! We had a great time and would definitely come back again!

What a wonderful stay we have had for 5 days here in Breckenridge! Your condo was perfect for the 5 of us. We would not have changed a thing. You guys thought of everything a family would need while staying here. It was clean, modern and with every amenity. We took advantage of the underground parking as well as the heated pool and hot tubs on the grounds. It is only a very short walk to the base of Peak 9 and we were able to easily come home for lunch. We would highly recommend this place for a smaller family such as ours.

HAPPY NEW YEAR! Enjoyed our stay and really enjoyed the location. Had great weather and great sking. My children Ski for the first time and got to enjoy Colorado at it's best. We will return again and recommend to others. Come see us on Table Rock Lake at Big M Marina. We are near Branson and have a great home nestled in the Cedars of the Ozarks on Table Rock Lake. We have homes to rent by owners as well.

My sisters and I just want you to know how much we enjoyed ourselves at your condo in Breckenridge. We have had many sister reunions over the past 20 years but by far this was the best. And having such a lovely place to stay, with all those wonderful conveniences, had a lot to do with it. We felt more like guests than tenants. What a lovely, quiet space to call home. We loved the wood ceiling and all the accessories. Whoever decorated this place did a fabulous job. Thanks for having everything that we needed in the kitchen. Our son learned to snowboard while we were here.We are so grateful that he had the opportunity to do so. We had a great time during our stay. Your condo here is wonderful & had everything we needed. We went rafting our first day in Buena Vista. The scenery is gorgeous. My husband and I enjoyed having our coffee on the sun deck each morning. We only cooked a little, but I was thrilled that the kitchen has everything I could possibly needed! I love the hominess of your condo; No bland hotel for us! I will definitely recommend this to all of our friends!
