Stay and play in River Run Village!
Our condo is located in Expedition Station in Keystone’s River Run Village. We’re one of the few buildings with a year round heated pool & hot tub. This is a great way to relax and enjoy a swim or soak after hard day of skiing or riding.
You will also find a gas barbeque grill in the pool area for those steaks, chicken or seafood should you want to cook out.
Just off the lobby you’ll find a fitness and steam room, along with a pool table and TV for your enjoyment.
Our condo is on the second floor facing north to the free parking lot. Sit out on the balcony and enjoy views of Buffalo Mountain and Gore Ridge. Enjoy a fun day of skiing, boarding, and the Keystone nightlife.
An Easy Walk to the Gondola, High Speed Quad Chair Lift, Shopping, Restaurants, and even Starbucks. In River Run you’ll find rentals shops for Skiing, Snowboarding and Ice Skates.
Wintertime is legendary; skiing, boarding, night skiing with the largest night time ski operation in North America, you can ski and ride from 9am – 9pm.
New this year is an outdoor Ice Skating Rink, just outside the front door of our condo unit, complete with a warming hut and lights.
For evenings; you're in River Run Village where all the action is....walk to it all…restaurants, shopping, night life and don’t forget the outdoor fire pit to warm up on those chilly nights.
This very unique 1 Bedroom, 2 bath, plus a Murphy bed and sofa sleeper that sleeps six. Perfect for families and/or two couples. There is a bathroom with double sinks with tub/shower combination accessed from the bedroom and a single sink and shower with dual shower heads accessed from the entryway. The single toilet is located between the two bathrooms.
There is a 32” LCD HD TV in the living room for watching those sporting events in High Definition, or turn on cable and watch HBO or your favorite show from home. We have a VCR/DVD player, bring your own movies or we have a small collection of family favorite’s ion the condo. We have also included some board games for those stay at home nights.
A FULL-SIZE kitchen with all the amenities allows you the choice to cook or simply walk to one of the many fine restaurants in River Run Village. We have included all the little kitchen extras you might find in your home; blender, pizza pan and cutter, coffee grinder and crock pot to mention a few.
Relax, flip on the switch to the gas fireplace, cook in the full size kitchen, watch a movie, play billiards, take a steam or swim in the heated outdoor swimming pool, or just simply relax in the hot tub. Everything to make your vacation memorable is right here.

Why the Owner Chose River Run, Expedition Station
After renting many different condos in Breckenridge and Keystone, we chose Keystone for both the winter and summer activities. Our sons were great fans of the night skiing Keystone offered; so we knew other families would like the same experiences that we’ve enjoyed.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Expedition Station has a year round heated pool and great hot tub. There is also a gas BBQ grill in the courtyard. We have stocked our unit with all the little touches to make the most of your vacation. We’re also a quite building, no restaurants or bars on the first level of our building.
In the summer, Keystone Lake is great for paddle boats and kayaks. In the winter; it’s a 5 acre out door skating rink complete with a Zamboni
Ski Tip Ranch is a 4 star restaurant that serves a Prix Fixe 4 course dinner that shouldn’t be missed. Once the home of Edna & Max Dercum, founders of A-Basin and designer of Keystone Mountain
Next to the River Run Pavilion, our friend Barbara owns this unique and fun caf� open for breakfast, lunch and happy hour. Look for us on most Saturday’s; we help Barbara with fun Wine Tasting events

Lori is from a small town in North Dakota and I grew up in Southern California and Virginia Beach. We met in Denver in the summer of 1981, married in 1982 and knew that we loved Colorado. Although our careers have taken us to live in many different states; we had the chance to move back to Denver in 2002 after being gone for 18 years. With no plans to move again, we wanted a mountain place to call home. We also own a second home in Keystone and are up most weekends, you’ll find us on the ski slopes in the winter and cross Country Mountain biking on the many miles of single track trails through-out Summit County or hosting wine tasting events at our friends Cafe, New Moon Cafe inside River Run Village

Bob & Lori, The condo was great! It was beautifully furnished and excellently appointed. We enjoyed the little "extras" you provided. Though it is small, the unit makes up for it in location and ambience and amenities. We had a great time skiing and enjoyed being so close to the lifts. It enabled us to come back to the condo for lunch to warm up and relax a little (not to mention saving alot of money!). Thanks for such a great rental. We will be giving your name to our skiing buddies.

Great condo, everything was nice and clean we really enjoyed be here.Close to gondola owners are very nice people, great communication before We rented.Price was best I could find, you can't beat that.Check in and check out was very easy and they let us check in earlier and check out late which was great because we were able to ski on arrival and departure days.I will definitely rent again.

My husband and I had a great time at Keystone. The condo was just perfect! There was plenty of room to feel comfortable. The kitchen was well equiped with all the necessary things. We loved the indoor parking garage and the ski locker on the first floor. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. It was clean, neat and at the same time very cozy. Thank you for the christmas decorations and the lovely stockings over the fireplace, it made us feel welcomed. It was a short walk from the slopes. We went back for lunch and enjoyed having homemade chili by the fireplace. We had an awesome time skiing. Bob and Lori thank you. It was a pleasure staying at your beautiful condo. And thank you for the easy rental process and the reasonable price. We can't wait to come back! We had such a great experience renting this condo for our vacation! The owners were so honest, personable, and reasonable making the reservations and keeping us apprised of pertinent info. Condo is so relaxing and well equipped. Kitchen well equipped- although I was too worn out from skiing to cook but it was nice to know I could if I wanted to plus with two young children we did make some extra meals for them. The Murphey bed was an absolute thrill for the kids and nice to be able to put away. Pool/ hot tub were great amenities. I was a bit leery about outdoor aspect but it was so neat to be in the hot tub and get snowed on. Also liked having double shower plus tub-very relaxing. We REALLY appreciate reasonable price-coming in from VA other expenses add up quickly. Hopefully, we will be fortunate enough to visit again sometime! Ski lockers on 1st floor nice touch too

This is the second time that we stayed at this condo. It is a short walk to the gondola which make it nice you can came back to grab a bite for lunch. This condo works well for us since we are a family of four with two teenage daughters. It is nice to have the extra the bathroom. It is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped to prepare what you need for a ski trip. The weather was great when we were there in March over spring break. Bob and Lori are terrific to work with. Thanks for sharing your condo.

This place is in a GREAT location, walking distance from the ski lift. There are many snow board/ski rental places around this as well. The condo itself was very nice, two bathrooms is a plus. Grab groceries before you hit the condo, food is a little expensive at the local restaurants. Great plus is on site parking as well.

This condo had a nice bedroom for my wife and I. It had a Murphy Bed for our 7 year old; she just loved it. It had a nice club house, swimming pool. It was walking distance to the lifts. It was clean and well cared for with a lot of nice design features. I would stay here again on our next ski trip to Keystone.

We had a great stay in this condo during ski season this year. The place has 3 beds which was very convenient for our group and enough room for everyone to be comfortable. We did alot of cooking and the kitchen was well stocked with all the neccessary pots, pans, etc. The owners, Bob and Lori, were very easy to work with and made the renting process very easy and smooth. The walk to the gondola is about a hundred yards and can be done with your ski stuff without much trouble. Youre steps away from the center of the village and having the free garage was a big plus. I'd love to rent this place next year.

Dear Bob and Lori. Thank you so much providing us with a really great condo. Even though it is on the smaller side, it is so well laid out and organized that our group of four had no trouble feeling right at home. The kitchen was well equipped, all the beds were comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets, and there was more than enough closet space for all of us. The steam room and pool were fantastic after a hard day riding, and being able to step out of the front door and have easy access to everything meant more time out on the snow. All in all it was a stellar trip, and we wouldn't hesitate to book your condo again..thanks so much to you both
