We absolutely loved our stay in the condo. It was so convenient to all the restaurants in river run and to the slopes. The condo had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We would definitely stay here again! The owners were wonderful to work with.

Perfect Romantic Vacation

My husband and I had a great time at Keystone. The condo was just perfect! There was plenty of room to feel comfortable. The kitchen was well equiped with all the necessary things. We loved the indoor parking garage and the ski locker on the first floor. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. It was clean, neat and at the same time very cozy. Thank you for the christmas decorations and the lovely stockings over the fireplace, it made us feel welcomed. It was a short walk from the slopes. We went back for lunch and enjoyed having homemade chili by the fireplace. We had an awesome time skiing. Bob and Lori thank you. It was a pleasure staying at your beautiful condo. And thank you for the easy rental process and the reasonable price. We can't wait to come back! We had such a great experience renting this condo for our vacation! Kitchen well equipped- although I was too worn out from skiing to cook but it was nice to know I could if I wanted to plus with two young children we did make some extra meals for them. The Murphey bed was an absolute thrill for the kids and nice to be able to put away. Pool/ hot tub were great amenities. I was a bit leery about outdoor aspect but it was so neat to be in the hot tub and get snowed on. Also liked having double shower plus tub-very relaxing. We REALLY appreciate reasonable price-coming in from VA other expenses add up quickly. Hopefully, we will be fortunate enough to visit again sometime! Ski lockers on 1st floor nice touch too

This is the second time that we stayed at this condo. It is a short walk to the gondola which make it nice you can came back to grab a bite for lunch. This condo works well for us since we are a family of four with two teenage daughters. It is nice to have the extra the bathroom. It is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped to prepare what you need for a ski trip. The weather was great when we were there in March over spring break. Bob and Lori are terrific to work with. Thanks for sharing your condo.

We had such a great experience renting this condo for our vacation! The owners were so honest, personable, and reasonable making the reservations and keeping us apprised of pertinent info. Condo is so relaxing and well equipped. Kitchen well equipped- although I was too worn out from skiing to cook but it was nice to know I could if I wanted to plus with two young children we did make some extra meals for them. This condo had a nice bedroom for my wife and I. It had a Murphy Bed for our 7 year old; she just loved it. It had a nice club house, swimming pool. It was walking distance to the lifts. It was clean and well cared for with a lot of nice design features. I would stay here again on our next ski trip to Keystone.

This place is in a GREAT location, walking distance from the ski lift. There are many snow board/ski rental places around this as well. The condo itself was very nice, two bathrooms is a plus. Grab groceries before you hit the condo, food is a little expensive at the local restaurants. Great plus is on site parking as well.

Great condo, everything was nice and clean we really enjoyed be here.Close to gondola owners are very nice people, great communication before We rented.Price was best I could find, you can't beat that.Check in and check out was very easy and they let us check in earlier and check out late which was great because we were able to ski on arrival and departure days.I will definitely rent again.

Great Place

We had a great stay in this condo during ski season this year. The place has 3 beds which was very convenient for our group and enough room for everyone to be comfortable. We did alot of cooking and the kitchen was well stocked with all the neccessary pots, pans, etc. The owners, Bob and Lori, were very easy to work with and made the renting process very easy and smooth. The walk to the gondola is about a hundred yards and can be done with your ski stuff without much trouble. Youre steps away from the center of the village and having the free garage was a big plus. I'd love to rent this place next year.

Dear Bob and Lori. Thank you so much providing us with a really great condo. Even though it is on the smaller side, it is so well laid out and organized that our group of four had no trouble feeling right at home. The kitchen was well equipped, all the beds were comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets, and there was more than enough closet space for all of us. The steam room and pool were fantastic after a hard day riding, and being able to step out of the front door and have easy access to everything meant more time out on the snow. All in all it was a stellar trip, and we wouldn't hesitate to book your condo again..thanks so much to you both

Wow, what a great place more than we thought it would be. Very accomidating everything we needed had a great time. We are very thankful that it was affordable especially these days.The kids loved the pool, pooltable and the bed that came out of the wall. The view of the mountains was gorgeous thanks again.

This condo was perfect. Really close to the lifts, nice and roomy, outdoor spa and sauna was great for relaxing after a long day of skiing. We had a great time and I boarded on some of the best powder I've ever seen. Bob Swoope was extreamly nice and helpful. Definetly staying there again next time I visit.

Bob and Lori Everything worked out perfect. We had the best vacation over the weekend and I will certainly recommend your place to anyone considering going to Keystone. I graduate in May 2008 so hopefully I have time for one more visit before starting the work force!!! We ended up eating at Kickaboo's 2 nights and then the Northern Tavern (I believe its been renamed now) another evening. We also cooked at the condo. Thanks again for all your help. Bob & Lori, Yes, we had an excellent time in your condo at Keystone (except for the 4 hour drive to Denver on Sunday evening to get my younger daughter back to the Univ of Denver! Snow, heavy traffic, a few accidents . . . . I'm sure you have experienced the same situation. Happily the return drive to Keystone was faster and less stressful.) On our many previous ski trips to Colorado, we have nearly always stayed in lodges or motels, so the condo was a very nice change: More room to relax, a real kitchen to make breakfast, etc. We really like the layout of your condo, and that it was well-equipped, clean and well-maintained. And I enjoyed having underground parking. Finally, having never before rented directly from the owner, I appreciated the businesslike way that this process was handled. Thank you for the discount offer. With our good experience there, and our new knowledge of the River Run base area, it's likely we will return. Best regards,

Bob & Lori, The condo was great! It was beautifully furnished and excellently appointed. We enjoyed the little "extras" you provided. Though it is small, the unit makes up for it in location and ambience and amenities. We had a great time skiing and enjoyed being so close to the lifts. Bob & Lori We had a great time in Co skiing, the snow was great! The location of your unit being a 4-minute walk to the River Run lift was wonderful. It allowed us to eat lunch in the condo and not miss any ski time. We are pretty hard-core; 1st chair in the morning and the last one in the afternoon so being close to the lift was perfect. I have given your info to a friend and to my brother. I expect both of them will be in contact with you soon. My brother is coming the 1st weekend in March and the friend is planning to ski during the middle of March. Thanks again for letting us stay
