This nicely appointed, Non-Smoking, well-maintained, spacious, end unit condominium overlooks the 18th green of Devils Knob Golf Course. This condominium is just a minute walk away to golf, Skiing (Black Diamond), tennis, spa, fitness center, swimming, hot tubs, and a high quality casual dining restaurant and bar. During ski season all you have to do is walk to the curb for a complementary ride to the chair lift. What else do you need?
The interior of this two bedroom, two full-bath, creatively designed condominium is warm, comfortable, and nicely appointed. The common areas include a separate living room, dining room, kitchen, and deck overlooking the golf course and Devils Knob Club House. The living room contains a gas fireplace, large sofa and love seat, games for children and adults, cable TV, including several premium channels, VCR/DVD player and wireless internet access.
The master bedroom suite contains a king-size bed and full bath. The second bedroom, great for friends or children, includes (two) twin beds. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a full complement of cookware and utensils. This unit also includes a washer and dryer, full bed air mattress that inflates in less than a minute, and an outside ski locker for storing wet & icy ski gear. All linens, towels, and departure cleaning provided.
Wintergreen is a Four Season Resort that sits 4000 feet on top of the Blue Ridge Mountains, adjacent to the Appalachian Trail and Blue Ridge Parkway with natural beauty and unparalleled views. This Resort has unlimited activities during all seasons; championship golf (and of two courses); tennis (indoor and outdoor); swimming (indoor and outdoor); skiing, snow tubing, adult and children activities, beautiful spa facilities, and top-notch dining facilities.
