Spectacular views and privacy, no backyard houses to mar your outdoor enjoyment. Our new vacation home is available for your sunny escape from cold, snowy winters! This is a 55 and over community. Our home is a no-smoking environment and we don’t allow pets, both requirements are out of respect for those with allergies.
Right on the first fairway of the Torres Blancas golf course, your views from the living room, master bedroom and covered patio are truly stunning, and, in our opinion, the best in Green Valley: lush fairway, pecan groves, and then the majestic Santa Rita Mountains. The views unmarred by other homes out your back yard are what make the difference between this and other new rental properties. Sitting on the covered porch you can watch the sun rise over the mountains, or see the setting sun bring out the rugged beauty of those mountains. The patio is equipped with table, chairs, and lounge chairs for your personal or entertaining comfort.
Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is 2005 new construction on quiet cul-de-sac. The kitchen cabinets are a lovely cherry, with granite counter tops. All appliances are brand new. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, flatware and all. You don’t need to bring along your favorite pan unless you really want to. We even provide a pound of coffee to get you started until you can stock up at the nearby large grocery stores, either Safeway or Basha’s.
The separate dining room has seating for four at the lovely cherry table with granite inserts. There is also a table in the nook off the kitchen for a casual breakfast so you can see the morning sun on the mountains out back. The carpeted living room looks out over the outstanding view to the mountains, and when the sun goes down, there’s a 27” TV, with VCR and DVD included, or you may want to fire up the gas fireplace and relax. Sliding doors open to the patio. There are two leather lounge chairs with a southwest style loveseat, and mission tables.
Satellite TV and Nationwide Telephone service are provided. The master suite has a huge three panel window looking out to the golf course and mountains. There is a mission-style Queen bed with paneled headboard, brand new pillowtop mattress, matching dresser and mirror, and side chair. The walk in closet has plenty of space just off the Master bath with a private toilet area, his and her sinks, and an oversized shower with built-in seat.
The second bedroom also has a mission style Queen bed, with new pillowtop mattress, matching dresser and mirror, comfortable closet and adjacent full bath. There is a smaller TV room and library at the front of the house, with sofa and cocktail table, which can also be used as a computer work area. The two car garage has good storage space and automatic opener.
We are located just five minutes drive from Continental Shopping Plaza, Safeway grocery store, drugstore, hardware stores, restaurants, and boutiques. We are about seven minutes from Bashas grocery store and Walmart shopping center. Native American Gaming Casinos are nearby and offer much in the way of entertainment and dining.
Our guests will have a temporary membership at nominal charge to the outstanding Green Valley Recreation centers, which includes access to golf courses, swimming pools, tennis courts, activity and social centers close by.
