Come to the beautiful Smoky Mountains and stay in the loft of a barn situated on five-and-a-half acres with a private fishing pond and bordered by Hyatt Mill Creek. OAKS BARN offers everything needed for a quiet and relaxing stay in the mountains. We have a queen-size bed and a single, which are appointed with five-star linens and luxurious bedding. Though we are walking distance to our town square, this property feels secluded and peaceful. PLEASE NOTE: THE BARN WAS NEVER USED FOR ANIMALS BUT WAS BUILT AS A B&B.

Some fun day trips include: John C. Campbell Folk School, rafting the Ocoee River, horseback riding, and historic Helen, Georgia. We are walking distance to Lake Chatuge and golf course and offer many hiking opportunities. Only minutes away from The Ridges, a golf course designed by Willard Byrd and nominated as Best New Course in 1993.   • The Barn Loft measures 26' X 36' and is very light and open. The balcony overlooks our meadow and pond and the Barn Porch looks down to Hyatt Mill Creek. There are many deep spots in the creek and also rocky areas where you can walk across to access a picnic area and three more ponds featuring a water wheel.
