  I've been coming to this condo for nearly 25 years and have grown up with this place in my life and memories. Every year I come here I enjoy it very much. The local communities of Seaside and Rosemary Beach have really grown over the last 10 years and I love all of the little shops and restaurants the area has to offer. The beaches are clean, beautiful, and not overly populated. The scenery is incredible and the wildlife is as well. I love waking up to see new sea turtle nests have been laid and watching dolphins swim just past the sand bar every morning. If you want an affordable condominium for the week for you and your family on some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, don't hesitate to book a week at this condo.

  I was impressed at how clean the place was. Such nice furniture and nice amenities! We had five people, which was PLENTY of room and could have fit a few more comfortably. The view from the back porch was beautiful, especially at sunset. Neighbors were so nice, and the beach was very clean, not crowded, and family friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, and hope to go back sometime in the near future!

  The place was immaculate, easy to find, and was in a perfect location! 10 minutes from PCB and 25 minutes from Destin, this condo is nestled right near Rosemary Beach and is more private than most beaches, but still has so much to do around it's own location: local shops, bike rental, eateries, and more! Perfect for friends, family, or just a vacation for two. I will definitely be returning!

  This condo fit our group perfectly. The view was beautiful and it was right on the beach! I had a great time and would definitely recommend this condo!

  Booked 10/14 to 10/21. Arrived and found that the WiFi did not work and TV's did not work. Owner and the Home Owners Association were having issues. Left after 2 nights.

  Owner response: We, as owner/managers, will not allow any of our guests to experience ANY negative results without offering to resolve and correct the issues. Most of our guests, >80% are return guests and many have been with us for 20+ years. We are pleased to offer this guest A WEEK OF HIS CHOICE, on us, in the upcoming season. We had NOT been advised that the missing amenities were not available to our guest. We take great pride in knowing our guests by name and consider them all part of our beach family.

  We recently stayed at this beautiful Seamist Condo in Seacrest Beach. Our experience was wonderful. The condo is a first floor ocean unit that has an awesome view. The beach was just steps away. The atmosphere was family friendly. The area was quiet and not crowded. The location was an easy to drive to Panama City and Seagrove for restuarants, shopping and other attractions. The condo was very clean and maintained very well. Working with the owners was great; they answered all my questions and helped with my planning. We hope to make this an annual trip.
