* iPod sound docks/sleep timers/alarm clocks in both bedrooms
* Free unlimited long-distance calling
* Location! being a block from downtown Main Ave and able to walk to all the great restaurants, cool stores, the train, the theater, etc - right where the action is! In fact, our Chamber of Commerce says 110 restaurants within walking distance of the condo "the same per capita as San Francisco".
* Beautiful furnishings...what can i say? I like things to be really nice and you will benefit from my "spending"!
* The MASSAGE CHAIR - one of the most popular features of this condo
* Two king-sized comfy sleigh beds, with down and non-down bedding and lots of pillows, etc. Nice towels and linens.
* Gas fireplace, gas outdoor grill, central air conditioning
* Great views of the mountains, the river and downtown
* Top floor privacy, elevator straight up from garage
* No Stairs to climb!
* Beautiful kitchen with Cuisinart/Caphalon pots and pans, china & pottery, stainless steel frig with ice & water dispenser, regular & convention ovens, microwave, d/w, fully equipped.
* Full-sized washer & dryer with supplies
* All the small things that add up - magnifying make-up mirrors, oversized showerheads, black-out blinds if you want to use them, radio/cd/sound soothers, lots of closet space, spices, cleaning supplies, laundry soap & dryer sheets; Durango Visitor Guides/magazines, boardgames, DVD movies; the list goes on!

We'll be sure to make another trip and will definitely plan it around your condo's availability. The location was great-can't believe we almost stayed at the Residence Inn! Our kids had a great time and we made lots of family memories. Loved the Melodrama at the Henry Strater Theatre, too!

The location was idea, so close to Main Street but allows for a nice walk back and forth. We enjoyed all the many comforts you included! Ken and Sue's was outstanding and we are all going to be keeping our eye out for Durango Wheat Ale! The Polar Express was so well done; the whole family had a great time.
