We've been coming to this cabin for the past few years, at least three visits. We enjoy the variety that this cabin offers. Close to the Iron Goat trail, a quick drive to Leavenworth, great hiking, and a comfortable home base to return to. WiFi here is good, nice entertainment center and options. We've noticed the owners upgraded the television, just recently built a deck on the front (new) and new gravel in the driveway. It's nice to see the maintainence staying up to date. We will definitely be back.

3rd year for our family vacation and instead of camping we came to the Rivers Edge! This place is great for everyone. Pleanty of things to do for all ages. Fully equiped with kitchen needs, family games, linen, etc. Gloria is a great host!! Bring mosquito spray and candles would be my only suggestion. XXOO Rivers Edge!! ~The McWhirter/Halverson Families!

This was our second visit in as many years, and we're planning to return again. Once again Gloria was a great hostess, very professional and welcoming, and the cabin is a great place for a medium-sized group; both comfy but with lots of space. I loved the upgrades like the music player and larger TV. The hot tub was very welcome after a long hike on the Iron Goat trail. The price is right. Overall the cabin is just the right mix of woodsy cabin and luxurious house. Can't wait to return!

I would have to echo the last reviewer's comments, of wishing I had booked more days! The pictures do not do the cabin justice. My husband and I, along with another couple booked River's Edge for Labor Day weekend. The price was unbeatable, the cabin EASILY sleeps 10 (sometimes this is "falsely advertised" on other places, I have found) and was so clean and comfortable. We loved the game room, the hot tub, and cooking in the enormous kitchen! Beds were hard to get out of in the morning, plus really nice quality bed linens and every last detail was made in decorating. We would stay here again and again... plus our pups loved it. Would love to try a winter retreat! Quiet community, the river was a little farther than we thought, but probably because the water was low at the end of the summer. Plus, Gloria gets back to you as soon as you ask a question, and very professional!! Thanks for letting us use your cabin.... we're all dying of jealousy!! Just kidding. :)

We wished we had booked more days. This property had everything you needed. We tubed the river, played games, including pool, had a fire outside at night and made somemores. Both nights we relaxed our sore muscles in the large hot tub. The house is equipped with everything you need. We hope to return next summer, or try a winter weekend in the snow!
