The Master suite, located on the top level, contains a Queen-size bed, a private bath and a cozy loft area. The main level consists of a great room with gas fireplace, 45" LCD screen television with surround sound, DVD, stereo, wireless DSL Connection, a Queen sleeper sofa, fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining room. A large private deck with a brand new 6-person hot tub completes this level. The lower level has a 2nd Master bedroom with a Queen bed and private bath, as well as another bedroom with 2 twin beds and a bath. This level also contains the laundry facilities. This townhome comes with a large 1-car garage, outfitted with garage door opener and ski / boot storage.
Located close to the Peak 9 Base, only a 6 minute walk to the Quicksilver Super Six Chairlift, and a 5 minute walk to the quaint shops and restaurants of historic downtown Breckenridge. The free shuttle bus also stops at the entrance to Village Point. One can also access other close-in ski areas, including Keystone and Arapahoe Basin 15-20 minutes; Copper Mountain 15 minutes; Vail and Beaver Creek - 40 minutes.
