Winter 2006 - Bear Valley, CA Luxury Vacation Lodge in Arnold Our beautiful, new, Luxurious Mountain Home is fully-equipped, comfortable and spacious with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, providing sleeping for up to 10 guests. It is a new, finely appointed, 2 story Chalet-style vacation home with a large, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, knotty pine cabinets, spacious and comfortable great room with stone gas fireplace, and Big screen T.V. with Premium Cable, DVD/VCR/CD player. Also, our ever expanding video and DVD library is available for your enjoyment. Extensive use of designer tile and custom window treatments throughout the home. There is also a new High Efficiency Washer and dryer, Stainless steel Gas BBQ, (propane included), two decks, seasonal patio furniture and wonderful, new private Hot Tub!! The beautiful Master bedroom has a Queen bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom with a jetted tub/shower. The other 2 beautifully appointed adult Guest bedrooms have Queen beds and shared bathroom. The bunk den has 2 sets of bunk beds providing sleeping for 4. High thread count bed linens, pillows, down blankets and bath towels are all provided. Luxurious Frette Spa Robes and Bath Amenities upgrade is available for the adult guest rooms and baths. As a guest at our vacation home, during your stay, you and your party can enjoy the facilities at "Meadowmont Fitness Club". Relax and enjoy the seasonal pool, spas, saunas and work out room. The club is conceniently located less than five minutes away, and is available year round. Arnold is perfectly situated at 4000 feet in elevation with thick pine forests, blue skies and fresh air, all without the crowds! Visitors flock to this mountain community year-round for a wide range of activities, including hiking (Big Trees State Park is just up Highway 4), fishing, golfing, wine tasting, and in the winter skiing and snowboarding at Bear Valley Resort. At 6900 feet in elevation Bear Valley is the closest Ski Resort from the Bay Area and only about a 1/2 hour from our vacation home. Groceries, restaurants and services are all conveniently located nearby. Arnold is a true four season vacation destination spot.
