Bonita Bay is a fabulous resort community and a perfect vacation retreat. This spacious, 2nd floor, corner condominium overlooks a natural lake and the 16th fairway of the Bay Island golf course. The property is surrounded by parks, nature trails, estuaries, and 3 championship golf courses. The west facing screened-in lanai off the living room and fully stocked kitchen offers dazzling sunset views. The surrounding preserve area is home to many beautiful Florida birds, including Spoonbills, White Ibis, and Wood Storks.
The large Master bedroom with King size bed, and 15" LCD Flat Screen TV, is separated from the 2 Guest bedrooms by the luxury living space. The Master bath features a large soaking tub and walk-in shower. The open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, and tasteful furnishings will make this your destination vacation spot. A second, oversized bedroom with Queen size bed has a den/study area with a 30" Flat Screen digital TV, and a 3rd bedroom with 2 Twin beds and 27" Flat Screen TV make this condo perfect for sleeping 6 people. The living room has a 46" Digital DLP TV. In addition there is a high speed internet connection, an AM/FM stereo w/cd player, and DVD players. All condo contents, including furniture and linens are brand new as of 2/1/06. Just bring you clubs and suntan lotion!!!!!
The Greenbriar neighborhood offers a large heated pool, pool house, spa, and tennis for the exclusive use of the Greenbriar residents. In addition, there are casual and formal private restaurants at the clubhouse that are available to tenants for a reasonalable membership transfer fee of $106.00 + tax, and a large, resort style pool across from the club dining facilities.
Bonita Bay is a 2400 acre gated community bounded by the Imperial River on the south and Spring Creek on the North, just off Route 41 (Tamaiami Trail) in Bonita Springs. The community offers many resort amenities to residents and guests. A free 15-minute shuttle service to the private Bonita Bay Beach Club on southwest Florida's famous white-sand beaches, features excellent shelling. The private beach club is staffed each day with friendly and helpful attendants, and the club offers complimentary picnic pavilions, grills, lounge chairs, beach umbrellas, showers, and rest rooms. Watch dolphins and pelicans while relaxing on the beach. Just bring your beach towels and cooler, or enjoy the evening sunsets over the gulf.

Upscale shopping and restaurants at the Promenade are immediately adjacent to Bonita Bay. Downtown Naples is just a short drive south of Bonita Bay.
