Many extras including top shelf beds and ultra comfort bedding, large screen television, DVD player(s), stereo, wireless internet, and as comfortable as your own home. This is a Non-Smoking home.

The home is in a 24 hour gated community, Spanish Wells. The golf course is one of the best in Southwest Florida. There is a par 72, 18 hole, 7000 yard golf course and an additional nine hole course with a brand new 23,000 square foot club house. You can pay a transfer fee of $250 and be on the course in no time.
