Convenient to Piazza del Popolo (2 minute walk), minutes from the Spanish Steps (17 minute walk), you will find every amenity in this spacious apartment. Modern conveniences include air conditioning, Satellite TV, high speed internet access, VCR, multi-region DVD player, stereo, and microwave. The living, dining room offers a sofa, a loveseat and an easy chair. The sofa converts to a queen sized bed. The entertainment center has satellite TV so you can pick up English language news plus a dual-standard (Europe/US) DVD player and a selection of DVDs if you want to put your feet up and relax at "home." A variety of books and guides are here for your use. A fax machine and high speed internet access allow you to keep in touch or even work from Rome. A telephone is here for your convenience. You can obtain a telephone card to which you can charge your calls. A terrace wraps around the living and dining rooms, so two sets of French doors admit plenty of light. Trellises with vines and pots of plants welcome you to enjoy your rooftop location. On the hottest days you can close up and turn on the air conditioning, but on many temperate days, even warm ones, you can open up and let the breezes blow through. The dining table seats six and is a handsome antique as is the desk nearby. You also have the option of eating on the balcony in warm weather. The eat-in kitchen has a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, gas four-burner stove top and oven, microwave, Italian and drip coffeemakers, and a dishwasher. The kitchen table seats two. The master bedroom is adequately sized with a queen-size bed and two built-in closets. It has its own balcony and neighborhood view. The en-suite bathroom has shower within tub as well as sink, toilet and bidet. The second bathroom has shower, sink, and toilet. The smaller bedroom has twin beds, armoire, another television (no Satellite reception, however). A locked room, accessed from the terrace, has a washer and dryer as well as a hotel-style safe.
