Treasure Island is a NEW Condominium on the exclusive Thomas Drive Area - Less than half mile to Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. At least ten Restaurants within five minutes. It is closer to the Gulf of Mexico than anything else on the beach with views of the Gulf, the Lagoon, the Bay with many marinas, Shell Island, St. Andrew's Park, and the Pass!
Since we own four units at Treasure Island, we were able to pick our units first. We LOVE the West Sunset over the ocean so The Penthouse was our first choice. We also have the two bedroom penthouse next door to accommodate large families who want the very best!
Both have upscale furnishing, bedding, patio furniture, and authentic woven shades. The Living Area features a touch-light Entertainment Center with a 52 inch High Definition TV. The Dining area has a touch-light china cabinet and beautiful dining table with 6 upholstered chairs. ALL bedrooms have King Beds.
