Akoya is Great, Unit Is Not

Akoya is at a great location with wonderful fitness club, pool, etc. The unit needs painting, many closets, kitchen cabinets, and half bath are locked. The kitchen does not have the necessary cookware. The towels are old and warn. There are signs everywhere telling you what to and not to do creating a negative atmosphere. I am a big fan of Miami and the Akoya, but I will never rent this unit again.
Owner response:This apt is by far my best unit on the beach. Has all amenities and absolutely the best view. Have had no problems or concerns for 6 yrs until this renter because they took the parking sticker. Apt has all cookware, towels, etc. We gladly replace towels even though the renters take them to the beach instead of using beach towels. We have returning renters every year because the apt is the best!
