The beautiful bedrooms, bathrooms, and living area are wonderful to come home to after a day on the mountain.
Located in the heart of the Wasatch Mountains, our condo resort, Lakeside Village, is the closest to Snowbasin, and right on Pineview Resevoir. You will find that our location will maximize your vacation whether you are here in the winter for skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling, or in summer for boating, swimming, golf, biking, tennis, hot air ballooning, or horseback riding.
This is also an ideal spot for those who just want to get away and relax.
There are beautiful views from all the windows, fireplace in the living room and a hot tub for 4 on our porch.
For larger groups there is a outdoor hot tub open all year, in the pool area.
Also at the club house is an excercise room and a concierge to arrange many services, including discount lift tickets, free bus shuttle to Snowbasin, in-condo massage treatments, and shopping services to the valley market and state liquor store.
For those who don't want to leave the world behind we have wireless internet service, daily newspaper delivery, 4 TV's with Direct TV, and cell phones work perfectly here as well as on the gondola. Come and enjoy! Rent direct from owner and save!

Why the Owner Chose Snowbasin
We have skied all over the US and parts of Canada and Europe. The snow conditions of Utah and the SLC airport made this area the most desirable for out of state skiers. We chose the Snowbasin / Powder Mountain area because of the perfect combination of high quality services and lack of crowds. Powder Mountain is also rated 1st or 2nd each year for snow by SKI magazine. The Valley is beautiful in all seasons, with the lake and horse farms in the middle.

I live just outside of NYC with my husband and 2 children. We love skiing in the Rocky Mountains and lived in Colorado from '91-'95 and decided to invest in a vacation property because we knew we would want to be coming here every year.

We recently rented this lovely 4 bedroom condo close to Snowbasin for our family ski vacation. We spent a week with our 4 children and 6 small grandchildren. The condo accommodated us all with ease and was very kid friendly. The rental agency provided discount lift tickets, tobaggans, shipping of our equipment, an excellent shuttle service, and plenty of good advice. The weather and the skiing were fantastic. The mountain was so close and the tobagganing hill even closer. We cooked all our own meals so never took advantage of the meal ordering plans or even restaurants, but shopping was easy. The church was across the street. It was a great vacation! Patty&Bruce
Owner response:Our condo works very well for large groups or small groups that want space, for example, 4 single folks that each want their own room. There are several wonderful restaurants in the Valley for those who don't feel like cooking but a fully stocked kitchen for the night you want to stay in and enjoy the hot tub. Our resort also has free shuttle services to both Snowbasin and Powder Mountain resorts. We hear so much great feedback about our condo it's nice that you put it up on the web here for others to see! With a direct 4 hour flight from Newark, 10 minutes to some of the best skiing in the US, and fabulous hiking all around, Lakefront Condo's is truly special. All the moreso because this condo itself is ideal for families, "gemuetlich" and comfortable in every sense, has all the amenities and enough "space" for everyone to relax. Ogden Valley is one of the US's last undeveloped paradises!

My family had a wonderful vacation.It was our first visit to Snow Basin and we just loved it. Great powder and no lines.The lodge is very luxurious.The condo we shared with another family and there was plenty of room.The hot tub was the perfect way to relieve our sore muscles after a great day on the slopes. The high end beds and linens were the icing on the cake.Another great aspect of our trip was the short trip from Salt Lake and the direct flight from JFk on Jet Blue.I would totally recommend this condo;everything was as advertized.

Rejuvinating and Envigorating! The mountain views are incredible. Skiing was great for both myself, a beginner, and my girlfriend an advanced skier, and there were no lines. The condo has tons of space yet a cozy feel and the hot tub was luxurious. I can't wait to go back!
