This fully furnished condo is located at the beautiful, flat, wide, white sandy beaches of Cape Canaveral, just north of Cocoa Beach. Stay at the beach and still have an easy drive (less than an hour) to Disney World, Universal Studios and the other major Orlando area attractions. The private beach access way is just yards from the building entrance and provides an an easy walkway over the protected dunes. Enjoy the four individual swimming pools, including a beachside family pool, a full-size lap pool, a second family pool with separate kiddie pool, and a brand new kidney shape pool with separate hot tub and restrooms. Enjoy on-site tennis and racquetball. A private gym is available and there’s even a wash area for your car.
All the furnishings are new. The master suite has it’s own sliding doors to the balcony, queen mission style bed, matching dresser with mirror, ceiling fan, nightstand, his and hers large walk in closets, large master bath with dual mirrored vanities, large soaking bath, separate large shower, and toilet closet with privacy door. The second bedroom has a queen bed, large walk-in closet. The third bedroom is furnished with twin bunks and full mirrors on the closet doors. The second bath has a private doorway to the second bedroom and a separate door to the hall/foyer area. Beautiful living and dining area with quadruple sliding doors to balcony. Modern, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and separate island. Large laundry area with full size washer, dryer and utility sink.
All of the rocket/space shuttle launches from Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral can be viewed from your north facing balcony or from the beach! The balcony has a good side view of the beach/ocean and has a new four seat table and chair patio set, along with 2 additional chairs. Port Canaveral, with it’s many restaurants, boat ramps, and cruise ship terminals is just minutes away. The port is home to many off-shore fishing charter boats that routinely depart for trolling catches of Mahi-Mahi, Wahoo, Tuna, Cobia, Sharks, King Mackerel, Sail-fish, and the occasional Marlin, or bottom catches of snapper, grouper and the like. Diving, fishing, parasailing, jet-skiing, sailing and pleasure boating on the Atlantic Ocean are all available locally, if you like, but peaceful rests on the beach during the day, and quiet strolls at night are yours while vacationing here. If you’re planning a cruise, ships from Disney, Carnival, Royal Caribbean and others sail out of Port Canaveral to many destinations. Jetty park, at the mouth of the port, is a 10-minute stroll on the beach. This park serves many interests. It boasts a large, free access fishing pier on the north side of the jetty, wide beach with lifeguards (check lifeguard hours) to the south of the jetty, snack shop, bait shop, playground areas, and ample car parking (a small fee for car entrance).
Cocoa Beach is known worldwide for the surf, and is home to the famous Ron Jon’s Surf Shop and the Cocoa Beach Pier. The waves at the condo, however, are smaller and mellow most of the time, perfect for a nice dip in the ocean. Kennedy Space Center, with it’s visitor attractions, and Cape Canaveral Air Force Station reside just north of the port, and just a short drive from your vacation residence. Daytona Beach is about an hour drive to the north. Orlando International Airport is 45 minutes away.
The building has a secured entrance, telephone door answering system, two elevators, and ample car parking. Non-smoking and no pets, no trailers, please.
