Barefoot Resort offers a first class vacation setting, with villa, townhome, and home communities nestled among four signature golf courses by legendary designers Norman, Love, Fazio and Dye for your vacation rest and relaxation. The natural beauty of the wetlands and tree lined fairways of this well planned, and landscaped community can be witnessed as you drive, or walk through the community.

Our well decorated two bedroom/two bath villa is located on the third floor in the Ironwood community, features a spacious interior, with a panoramic view from your own private "SCREENED" in balcony of the Norman golf course, and private community pool. The villa is an end unit, which offers an open floor plan, with cathedral ceiling, and many windows for a bright open setting decorated in a beautiful appropriate “lighthouse” coastal theme.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, with a full private bath, decorated in a “golf” theme. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, with a full bath closely located in the hall. The sofa converts to a queen size bed to accommodate a maximum of six people. Washer/Dryer, iron and ironing board are provided in the villa, for your convenience.

Cable connected TV’s are located in each bedroom, along with a large Sony TV, and DVD in the living room. Some DVD movies and board games are located in the unit for your enjoyment. The full open kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for cooking—microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, and pots and pans.

Our Ironwood pool is a short walking distance from the villa, or take a short 2 min. drive to the main pool resort pool, with swim up bar. For the beach goers, take the "Summer Time" hourly shuttle service to the beach, from the shuttle stop located near the Ironwood pool.

For all the shoppers!! The Shuttle also makes stops at the Barefoot Landing shopping area, which is directly in front of Barefoot Resort. Barefoot Landing contains many shops, restaurants, and nightly entertainment including the House of Blues, and Alabama Theater. When the shuttle is not available the beach and Barefoot shopping area is only a 5 min. drive from Ironwood.

Barefoot has a new professional golf school, with a new one of the best in Myrtle beach driving ranges. Soon to open New Style Deli, which will be open late, attached to golf school and driving range. Visit the newly opened Docksider's Grille, offering lunch, dinner and a full service bar overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.

These are great accommodations for a family, golfing couples, or golfers who want their own private spacious room.

  • Thank you so much for renting us your apartment at such short notice. The Barefoot Resort area is a great location and was within easy driving distance to everything we wanted to see and do. We are used to renting timeshare apartments, but this was so much nicer as it had the little extra decoration items that really made it feel like home. My daughter especially liked the pelicans! We also made use of the board games and playing cards! Thanks again.

  • Bill and Ellen, Best three months we've ever spent away from our cold Canadian winter! Best accommodations in Myrtle Beach! We loved the comfortable beds, spacious rooms, view from the balcony, 3x T.V.'s, convenience of a washer & dryer. Every room was clean and tidy. We enjoyed all the "little" nick-nacks that make a place a home. Ellen's, decorating themes throughout the condo, are lovely, and were appreciated. It was so comfortable, it only took a day or two for us to settle in and feel at home. Thank you for allowing us the use of your lovely condo for three months. Hope to return in the near future? The decor was outstanding and your condo had all the anemities and more (love the TV in bedroom) that we needed. You really went out of your way to make your condo comfortable and it felt like home. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. We loved the pool. We especially enjoyed the golf courses, the beaches ,and shopping.     Hello Bill The unit was lovely and had all the amenities a person would need. We loved the view of the fairway and drinking a cup of coffee on the screened in porch every morning was the best !!
