Accommodations:  Duplex, 3 Bedrooms + Loft, 3 Baths (Sleeps 6-8)

Duplex - Two separate and complete units with full kitchens.
* Upstairs: One bedroom, one bath (sleeps two-three).
* Downstairs: One bedroom, one studio loft, one bath (sleeps three-four).
* Optional mezzanine: One small bedroom, one bath (sleeps one).
* Shared large garden rooftop terrace.

Casa Guadalupe is located in the desirable and friendly San Antonio neighborhood of San Miguel, just a 5 minute walk to Instituto Allende, a 10 minute walk to Parque Juarez, and a 15 minute walk to the central Jardin with all the shops, restaurants, art galleries, and museums along the way.

Casa Guadalupe is named after the Lady of Guadalupe, well-loved by all. She represents trust, beauty, love, and the integration of the different cultures that reside in Mexico and feel an affinity with, and respect for, her.

Casa Guadalupe is two completely-furnished units with a third mezzanine level bathroom and small bedroom. Each unit has its own plant-filled patio. Both share a large sunny-roof terrace with plants and flowers, and an expansive and gorgeous view of San Miguel.

The lower unit is one bedroom and one bath, plus afull room size loft with a sofa-bed, and a comfortable sleeping sofa in the living room. Sleeps three-four. Fully-equipped kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, blender, coffeemaker, toaster, juicer, stove, refrigerator, and purified drinking water. Living room is fully furnished with phone, TV/VCR, stereo, cultural artifacts, and 2 gas fireplaces. Tiled floors with colorful carpets. Outdoor courtyard and fountain, with many plants and flowers.

The upper unit is one bedroom with boveda ceiling and one bath. Sleeps two-three. Fully-equipped kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, blender, coffeemaker, toaster, juicer, stove, refrigerator, and purified drinking water. Living room is fully furnished with phone, TV/VCR, stereo, cultural artifacts, and gas fireplace. Tiled floors with colorful carpets. Outdoor deck and patio with City (4 churches) view, with many plants and flowers.

The mezzanine offers a third complete bathroom and a separate small bedroom for one person and is an optional space.

The sunny-roof garden terrace has tables, chairs, and many plants, and an enclosed washer and water-filter system. Gorgeous 5 church view of San Miguel.
