Beautiful and large home situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico right next to Seaside. This Gulf front home is the closest to Seaside of all available rental homes in Seagrove. It can be rented either as a 5 bedroom sleeping 13 people or a 6 bedroom home sleeping up to 15 people. The living/dining/kitchen area has fabulous Gulf views, and as the entire home is located on one level, it provides convenience for any age group and is perfect for entertaining. The gazebo with 2 swinging beds and the private beach steps enhance the Gulf vistas and provide additional areas for enjoyment.
Private steps to our sugar white sandy beach. Elaborate decking and gardens surround home – herb garden ready for your use in gourmet meals. Gazebo with 2 swinging beds and plentiful seating is situated high up on the dune overlooking beach and the Gulf of Mexico.
Large combination living room/dining room/gourmet kitchen, all with fabulous Gulf views. Two seating areas include sofa, 3 side chairs, chaise lounge, 2 love seats, large ottoman and decorative fireplace. Relaxing twin swinging bed in living area. Large LCD TV plus DVD, and Ipod-compatible stereo in the living room. Gourmet kitchen with Jenn-aire range, granite countertops, large side-by-side fridge with icemaker, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, and separate vegetable prep sink. The dining area seats up to 10 at table (by pulling in chairs from bedrooms and hall) plus 7 more barstools at two different breakfast bars. Wet bar with three more barstools.
Huge king master suite complete with separate seating area, ceiling fans, TV, DVD, VCR, and decorative fireplace. Private bath has Jacuzzi tub, separate double walk-in shower and long vanity countertop with makeup seating area. Two additional king bedrooms each have ceiling fan, built-in desk with a desk chair, side chair, TV, chest of drawers, and attached private bath with tub/showers and pedestal sinks. One queen bedroom with ceiling fan, armoire, desk with chair, TV and attached private bath with tiled shower. One bunkroom with huge sturdy bunk bed that has a double mattress up and down, ceiling fan, TV, shelving, and attached private half bath. Optional 6th bedroom has two twin beds, TV, ceiling fan and shares the bathroom with the king master bedroom.
Elegant entry hall with extensive artwork and owner’s family memorabilia. Office desk/work area with wireless internet access. Laundry room with full size washer / dryer (off the bunkroom). Three hot/cold outdoor showers – all with privacy stalls. Vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and ceiling fans in all rooms. Tiled floors through out. Gas BBQ grill. Typically there are beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys and floats for your use – some are from the owner’s personal stash, some items are left behind by other renters. The quantity and quality of these items will vary with the season.
