Randolph & I (Jill) built the Fox Paw Haus for our guests enjoyment. Randolph is a custom home builder, he designed & hand built the Fox Paw Haus with loving care. He has built 8 custom homes on Peak 7 in Breckenridge. We live one block away and take pride in maintaining the Fox Paw Haus immaculately. We love the Breckenridge Peak 7 area with all the beautiful hiking, biking and cross country trail and just minutes to the ski area. You will enjoy the mountain feel with the seclusion yet close to all the excitement of the ski area and Town activities.

Our family of 6 adults shared this home with another family of 6 over the holidays. It surpassed all of our expectations in every regard. It had plenty of space and bedding for all of us to spread out and not feel cramped. The open floor plan of the main living area and kitchen was great for entertaining our crowd of 12 and friends that visited. We spent a lot of time in the evening playing games at the large coffee table in front of the fireplace. The pictures probably don't do the property justice as we thought it to be better than what the pictures depicted. It was immaculate and well kept and the kitchen was very spacious with adequate cooking utensils and dinnerware. The owners were extremely helpful, meeting us the first night to show us the property, daily inspections of the hottub and available at all times for any problems we encountered. The property is a short beautiful drive up the mountain above Breckenridge close to peaks 7 and 8. I would highly recommend this to anyone seeking a spacious rental in a quite scenic setting.

The Fox Paw Haus certainly made our ski vacation very enjoyable. The layout of the house was very easy for family acitvities to occur. We loved the little things (spice rack full of spices, plenty of towels, a discount card for the local grocery, etc.) as well as the hot tub, comfortable beds, and a wonderful kitchen and dining area. We stayed there during our honeymoon the end of October. The place is amazing!! The pictures don't do it justice and were very surprised with everything. We will definitely be back!!!

Thanks, Randolph & Jill for sharing this wonderful house with our family! 4 kids and 8 adults all slept here very comfortably. The kitchen was terrific to cook in -- we only ate one meal out, we liked the house so much! Hot tub under the pines, a great kids' hike just out the door, the Peak 8 Fun Park just down the hill... perfect for our Boston cousins, who fell in love with the mountains.

This house was better than the best. We had a total of 9 people staying here (6 adults and 3 kids). There was plenty of room for everyone. We will definately be coming back to this amazing home. Thanks to Jill and Randolph for sharing it with us.

We just returned from a New Years in Breckenridge, staying at the Fox Paws. Jill and Randolph could not have been nicer, the house was simply perfect. I was very skeptical renting, as it almost seemed too good to be true, but the house exceeded every one of our expectations. We left Breckenridge with life long memories and will return again soon.

We were very pleased with the quality of the house and all that it had to offer. The kitchen appliances, cookware, etc.. were top notch. The furniture throughout was first rate and there were plenty of pillows, blankets, towels everything you would need. The hot tub was outstanding and the owners maintain it every other day. Very quiet setting, perfect for kids and parents alike.
